Creating distance from unhealthy upbringing, the western society has many gaps in the system of human development, childhood development etc. One must separate from the space and lean into healing in order for them to come back to those places and uplift them.
1 to 4. That's the equation. You choose pain now or pain later? This is how we start developing self esteem, getting out of trauma, building back our life.
Mastery. The experience of everyday work. Exploration. Discovery. Building. Ecosystem Harmonizing. The 7 year rule.
Engaging life, specifically the lower self of ego, resistance, negative inclination, as a martial combat. A training partner that makes your better. I love this idea!
Accessing energy that already exists. Making ourselves the right vessels. A bit of my personal experience on that.
Discussing context in our lives, the role of growth and leaving our known realities to get to bigger and greater realities - currently unknown. Belief in self helps you get to healthy context - healthy context gets us healthier and into a deeper relationship with self. This the positive loop cycle goes. The critical function...Belief.
Fighting the resistance, learning how to pursue the finish with a balance. A balance of push and pull. Pursuit and recovery. Even within pursuit, learning how to pull back the pressure when needed.
Buildup happens constantly. As a rule of maintenance we need to be taking the trash out at least once a day and we will cease to identify with lower level consiousness's.
Killing laziness and getting proactive across the board in life. It's a baseline nessecity for healthy functioning. Lean in to growth.
Becoming healthy in this world means becoming obsessed with the right things, i.e. self growth. Then sustaining that obsession. There is no other way.
The work of having, deepening, and expanding a garden. The everyday work. The seasonal work. The yearly work.
Self identification. Deeper relationships. The deepest relationship. Self a facilitator for that expanded self, which fuels the greatest relationship. Your soul with it's source.
Working your garden and building something meaningful. The question is, for what purpose does that serve? It's something really deep.
Discovering your natural self from what was under the trash. Now there is a space to see the you that was covered up.
Are we really independent? How does that manifest itself in our lives? In our relationships?
Making space. Once your safe and you feel the safety, the next step is cleaning up. Cultivating the Physical - Emotional - Mental - and Spiritual.

Being present isn't enough. Being present will show you how dirty your room is. Now you need to clean it.
Accepting your piece of responsibility in this that you can't get rid of by projecting or avoiding, owning your pain, and building something beautiful. You human consciousness as we experience it is a vessel that will uplift your soul. Our mission to develop the potential. Pain, work, and ownership are our methods of doing that.
Remaining focused on your main arteries of life. Not to get distracted and not to say one thing and do another. Simply invest in your priorities to expand your vessel in depth, width, and potency.
Short circuiting negative patterns we pick up in life and in our day. Forcefully putting oneself into a positive space.
Bubbles are ecosystems. You can't not live in a bubble. Which bubble and how healthy is the question.
Thing has meaning based on it's context. Humans have a spirit. We are spiritual beings with a body. This we need to dig and explore our spiritual context and it will shed light onto all of the actions of our life.
Acceptance breaks down walls, catalyzes desire, and enables hard work. Accepting the yoke of hard work, emotional hard work, can liberate us.
Just like a workout, stretching your capacity to a higher level across life. One of the best ways is through cleanliness and order of your physical and mental space.

Having the frame of mind to understand that all of your value is emanating from your space. When working for others you are trading the value you produce for the value they have to offer you. Pure life is simple. Unengaged with problems, more available for deeper connection. Requires deep reflection to know where you want to go and who you want to be, then create a clear path to get there.

Projecting into the future unhealthy character traits, feeling what that will be like, and then making a change. Continued expansion on Vessel in order to have a relationship with the universe.
Is more powerful than sporadic big bursts. What you plant in your garden needs consistency. Your kids need consistency. Anything that you are cultivating requires consistency.
You will never have the farm, garden, or life that you want if you are waking up after the sun rises. It's essential. To do this you need to redefine your relationship with tech and reconnect to the the normal Carcadian rhythm.
Pruning leads to desired and healthy growth. Desired and healthy growth leads to a revealing of good in the world. Good reveals how many parts are all one. The oneness of this world is to be revealed, our job is to do that on ourselves and then to be loving in that space with the rest of the world. Character development is how we get there.

Expanding your space while enabling others to do the same. These concepts as an idea are cute. In reality they are powerful.

No matter how much money you have you still have to parent your child. A child needs love from their parents. Not money. We have to be obsessed with growth and very clear about what that means. Money is a facilitator.
A relationship with the soul. Identification with something higher. Working on parts of self. Living in the garden.
3 Things to Regulate Performance. 1). WillPower over action 2). WillPower to choose the right emotions 3). Immersing in the right community i.e. Eco-System that will make 1 and 2 easier.
Hitting a "Rock Bottom". Finding a physical vessel that will carry you out of your current rhythm. Phycologists as professional emotional coaches. Context.
A child is like growing a tree as apposed to manufacturing a machine. You don't get to build it according to your specs, you GET to be the facilitator.
Affecting change. How to deal with challenging family. Using influence rather than force.
Short Term Pain - Long Term Pleasure. Enact control over yourself. Influence your surroundings. Dig up your old patterns.
Becoming a wellspring of life. Breaking parasitic bonds. Owning your situation. Accepting a defeat and moving on.
Law of attraction. Self work as a conversation. Actively involved in a healthy and encouraging dialogue with the world, your loved ones, and your family.
Practical lessons to letting go, opening up space and options, and committing to your next stage of growth. Experiencing deeper levels of pressure.
Breaking mental patterning. Action will reinforce mental grooves and mental grooves will reinforce patterns. Use it to your advantage.

External growth is only there for internal growth, then internal growth facilitates external Realities.

From Spiritual-Mental-Emotional-Physical there is a life cycle of how things are birthed in your life. Blockages will dwindle the end result of that manifestation.
The seasons of our life, Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. What they mean for our outer world and inner world.
Focus on the goals, redirect anger and be affective in your pursuit. Don't burn your garden down.

Ideas Vs. Action. Theory Vs. Reality. Applying a plan to reality and being adaptable to change and solutions.
Healthy Soil Life. Communities. Belief Systems. The structures that deliver your sustenance, it's where you get your energy from. Both your nutrients from the soil and the deliverance of water. How is your Earth serving you?
Emotional work. Recycling Energy. Making available what was once occupied space. Enabling growth for the future. Pushing and pulling out way towards success.
Playing the long game. Being Proactive. Being Patient. Being Present. Holding both in your your hand with vision of the horizon and presence of the moment.

Past just the closet, deeply purifying our life will open up massive doors of clarity and opportunity, happiness and wealth for us in every way physical, relational, and spiritual. This will take a while...but it's worth it.

Polarity and resistance are what bring out the best in you, embrace the resistance sometimes opposites are your enemies and sometimes their your friends, either way, they are going to push you to your limit and force you to evolve.
The greater context for which everything occurs. Just as Earth is the physical vessel, Air is the "Non-physical" vessel.

Fire is the energy that moves the operation, growth movement drive and change occur through fire.
Earth out of all of the elements is the structure and form that provides support and boundaries for everything else. To draw outside of the lines, there needs to be lines in the first place.
In the high level structure of our discussion and framework of Physical-Emotional-Mental-Spiritual growth, our tactics of discussion is supplemental growth. In the military they would call this flanking; accomplishing a goal from the angle of weakness rather than head on against the strength of resistance.
