It was such a pleasure catch up with Phoebe Khagame. She's an operations specialist from Nairobi with extensive experience in the healthcare and education sectors. We talked about her current role as the Head of Operations at M-Shule (a tech start-up that uses ICT to ensure education is not only accessible but affordable too), her experience of leading a team during the COVID-19 pandemic and she shared her top tips for building effective partnerships.

Really insightful conversation with feminist activist Tanya Charles. She has extensive experience in the field of gender and social justice and is driven by her passion for women and girls economic empowerment and education. 

We talked about her experience of working in different countries from South Africa to Zimbabwe and England and the lessons she's learned along the way. We also delved into personal finance and the things we wished we'd known about managing finances when we were younger, and we discussed her legacy aspirations.

Great conversation with Melissa Mbugua! She is an entrepreneur, international development practitioner, technologist and budding artist based in Nairobi, Kenya.

It was such a pleasure to talk to Harmony Ngwamah. She's a partnership coordinator at Comic Relief, a major UK based charity with a vision for a just world, free from poverty.

We talked about her passion for youth empowerment and her desire to see young people in her birth country (the Democratic Republic of Congo) and across Africa thrive. As someone fairly new to the international development sector, Harmony shared her experience of starting out in this field and some of the challenges she's faced.
