The Final Episode for the season is with Kawthar Alnajadah. Kawthar is a people person! Kawthar and Aisha (the host) grew up together in Kuwait City where they attend elementary and secondary school. Kawthar left Kuwait at 18 years of age to study in Dublin Ireland- now, she is back in Kuwait City. In the episode, she shares her transitions between the suburb of Kuwait to the city, then to Dublin, and back to KW that she left for 8 years.
Gina Larach is a mother, a bilingual educator, a painter, and advocate for Honduras (nurturing and keeping great minds in the country). She was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras , grew up in the northern coast in a small town known for the banana/pineapple fields, studied in Louisiana, and currently living in San Pedro Sula. In the episode she shares her cultural and linguistic experiences across her journey.
Kelitha Spence, a.k.a. Special K, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She is a first-generation American of Cuban and Jamaican decent. As a teenager it was the first time, she began grappling with her Caribbean identity and accepting her unique self for who she was. In the Lugha, she talks about her upbringing, being in an interracial marriage, and how to foster two cultures in one home.
