Hey friends! Welcome to Life & Purpose. We wanted to say a huge "Thank you!" to all of you whether you're in the US, Canada, Philippines, the UK, or anywhere else for tuning in and watching us or listening to us.
In this final episode, we wanted to give you some major updates and highlights of what's been going on in 2022. We count it a privilege that you have chosen to spend the time with us. It is our hope that we have encouraged you in your journey.
Lastly, we wanted to leave you with our answers and opinions to these 3 major questions: "Does God love me?" (or "Does God love everyone?"), "Why does God allow suffering?", and "Is God with us?". These are important questions, among many more, that you may have asked (I know we have) so answering these questions and discussing the answers to whether or not God loves me and how, or why God allows us to suffer, and whether God is with us always is very important to us.

Coming to the US from any other country can be both a great blessing as well as a huge challenge. Immigrants face struggles that sometimes are difficult to understand, especially if you haven't had that experience. Well, we wanted to do something about it. In this episode, Ashley asks Aaron questions about what it's like to be an immigrant in the United States, what experiences he had as a young teenager from Chile, and how they have affected his life...even now! Hey guys and Welcome! Life is fun sometimes, especially when you have a child whose mind is absorbing everything and who is learning all kinds of things every day and so today's episode is about questions, questions, questions...from our 5 year old! My wife and I have compiled a list of questions that our daughter has asked us at different times either in the car, at school, or at the store. We talk about where do babies come from, to whether or not we'll die some day, to some more spiritual topics about God and Jesus and everything else in between. Needless to say, some of her questions were simple enough that we felt good about our answer, BUT some of her other questions were very deep and took us by surprise so we really had to think about what and how we gave her our answers. We come from different cultures (American and Chilean), and our cultural differences have definitely influenced our marriage. You will learn about us as we mention a few cultural differences examples that we have experienced, how they have impacted and changed our marriage, and what we have learned from them.
But what about you? Is your spouse from a different country than you? If so, what have been some of the cultural differences you have experienced? But wait! If you and your spouse are from the same country we are sure you have experienced some differences as well so what have they been, and what did you learn from them?
