Alejandro Masferrer is a process designer and facilitator with more than ten years of experience working globally with different teams and industries. From design and advertising to engineering and communication. He developed a brand called Triggers in 2016, a process-design company that focuses on producing modern tools and methodology for modern teamwork. Their most well-known product is the Ideation Cards and they are used by thousands of teams around the world.
Igor Slinko obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at MIPT (Moscow). After that, he worked as C++ and Python developer at Yandex. Several years later he turned his attention to Data Science and Computer Vision. He switched to a researcher position at Mail.ru, and also started teaching Machine Learning at HSE (Moscow). Then he became team lead at a newly developed Samsung AI Center, where he developed Computer Vision algorithms in Robotics. He also collaborated with Michael Romanov to create an open course called "Neural Networks and Computer Vision" which amassed an audience of 50k students.
Ian has been helping startup founders succeed since 2010. He has built, advised and coached hundreds of new ventures across sectors from healthcare, manufacturing and agriculture, to retail, travel, food, and eCommerce. With a background in user experience and service design, Ian was CEO of Amberlight, one of the UK's leading UX consultancies before moving to Barcelona and becoming Program Director of the Startupbootcamp Data and IoT program. Over the intervening years he has coached hundreds of founders for Seedcamp, Rockstart, Imperial Innovations, IQS TechFactory and Wayra along with most leading European accelerators.
