“Careers in Antitrust” is a new interview series about—you guessed it—the career path and professional development of those who practice antitrust law. Each episode is a short, candid interview. The interviews are designed to give young lawyers, law students, and all those interested a window into the careers of established and upcoming antitrust practitioners. This interview series is brought to you by the Antitrust Law Committee of the ABA Young Lawyers Division.
Episode 11 features Samuel Levine, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. Before assuming this role, he served as an attorney advisor to Commissioner Rohit Chopra and as a staff attorney in the Midwest Regional Office. The interview is led by Cory Gordon, an attorney in the FTC's Bureau of Competition.
Episode 10 features Gail Levine, Partner and co-lead of Mayer Brown's global Antitrust & Competition practice. She joined Mayer Brown from the US Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Bureau of Competition, where she served as a deputy director under Chairman Joseph Simons and Acting Chairwoman Rebecca Slaughter.
