This podcast focuses in on sustainability, environmentalism, and keeping sh*t real. Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube have a track record of picture-perfect swaps and a “must-have” aesthetic that doesn’t work for everyone and oftentimes doesn’t dive deeper into what “sustainability” actually means. Hosted by Taylor and in part with the @climatecrisis.eco instagram page this pod wants to change that narrative by making this information as accessible and attainable as possible while keeping the same goal in mind - no gatekeeping, no misinformation, no preaching a non-existent “perfect” impact.
In this episode are diving into identity, validation, expectations, and realizations through work as an imperfect environmentalist…. w/ a key focus on gratitude + optimism.

Today's chat is allll about why it is so important that we prioritize collaboration over competition in environmentalism. I talk about how social media has created this fine line between inspiration and comparison leading to a disconnect in our community and creator burnout.
