A podcast about the journey that is life. Hear conversations with friends about self exploration, awareness, connection, performance, leadership and teamwork.
In my work as an agile coach I’ve learned to appreciate listening and asking questions. Connecting, understanding and exploring ideas is the essence of this space.

In this episode I speak with Sasha Luchkova. She creates art in multiple forms through murals, paintings and tattoos. Her latest project involves flying.
During our conversation we talk about the creative process and what it is like to allow the power of inspiration take over, making “life the biggest canvas” as Sasha refers to. Her stories are very captivating, filled with curiosity and serendipity.
One of the stories is about an art project called giving heART which I found an especially wonderful experiment.
Sasha is a force of nature. Creating inspiration with her stories. This conversation was super fun and exciting for me. Here it is.

In this episode is Pauliinna Hallama. passionate trainer, coach and entrepreneur.
In this conversation we talk a lot about multiple angles of being a coach and the coaching profession, cultivating deep listening and some practices that may be useful for coaches.
Year 2021 for Charlotte and myself began in Pauliina and Alex’s home. As they invited a few people that didn’t know each other to celebrate the ending of 2020 together. As the clock turned at midnight we stood outside in their yard in a circle of strangers taking turns sharing what we were grateful for in 2020 (one of the strangest and isolated years for most of us). And the intentions for 2021.
Pauliina is a super fun person to hang out with and have insightful conversations. So much so, that after I hit stop in the recording, we continued for another two hours. Anyway, here’s the episode.
