My business looks entirely different to how it did last year. I have far less energy, have the desire to be on less and am seeking to be more passive in my business. This doesn't mean I'm being any less active in it though (a huge misconception). In fact, it's the opposite, I'm more switched on in my business than ever before.
And in this episode I dive into how I'm slowing down without stepping back. Where I'm simplifying the way I work to bring ease, yet even more of an impact. How I'm streamlining everything to be a process that makes sense, without as much live attendance from me.

I'll be honest. I've felt really resistant to AI, Chat GBT. and I've only been able to see it through a negative lens. I've seen it to be stealing creativity, forging disconnect, leading to work being undervalued and robotic-like content. But, after a chat with a client I've been able to see it through a balanced lens... and dare I say it, how AI can actually be useful in creating deeper connections within the content creation process.

At the end of last year, I made the conscious decision to take a step back from my business. It was the best, most nourishing choice I could have made. But, somewhere along the line, it morphed into being self-sabotage and a way of hiding from fear.

This week I had a healing session that was all rooted in my personal responsibility and it facilitated huge reflections on the responsibility I feel within my business. The truth is simple: I am not responsible for my client's results BUT I am responsible for painting the picture that I am.

Woah. It's been an emotion 24 hours and I felt called to show up in my vulnerability to share with you in this space.
