Interactive Podcast discussing positivity of all kinds. Sharing information I find helpful for me and tips from listeners who write in. I AM affirmations, quotes, books, good news, businesses making an impact, special guests etc. Any topic goes as long as it's Positive!
This little babble was supposed to be published 3 weeks ago! It was all recorded and ready to go just waiting to be edited and well, life happened.
I'm back though with another entry from my You Are A Bad Ass Desk Calendar by Jen Sincero and it's one strong message!
It's all about how we can make ourselves think whatever we want. How easy it is to change our life by changing our thoughts. I could have used this little reminder this past week as I had a rough one. As I was listening to this episode while I edited it, I realized how much I needed this reminder too and what a wonderful reset it was for me. I hope it is for you as well.
Step away from negativity. Start listing all the good going on in you life. There is always something. Then regroup. Start thinking the new positive thoughts over the negative. It can be challenging but keep busting yourself. Keep practicing.
Taking care of your Mindset is self-care. It's the single most important thing to practice!
Enjoy!

Aloha!
Emotions play an important role in our lives. While this podcast was created to be a reminder of all the positive we have surrounding us, emotions play an important role and should not be ignored.
Our emotions are our guide to things going on inside us that need to be seen and heard. It is, in my opinion, important to feel our feelings. Deal with the emotions coming up in order to move forward and live a healthy balanced life. Sure you can ignore them, in fact we have generations of people who did and still do. But they will wait for us if we keep putting them back on the shelf. They don't go away and if left unattended can be bad for our whole body.
Emotions can get stuck in our bodies creating dis-ease. While I know it's not always easy to really look at how we are feeling, in order to keep our whole being healthy it is a MUST.
This week I share a little bit about my choice to be substance and alcohol free because I wanted to be more in tune with my feelings and emotions. I share a few things I do to move through things when I have unpleasant thoughts or feelings visiting me.
Stay Tuned for part 2 because I will be coming back, I hope next week with some more tips on how to process emotions.
Remember, we are all human. Having feelings of sadness, despair, frustration and anger (just to name a few) are all okay. You are okay. It may be uncomfortable for a time, but remember you do not have to stay stuck in those feelings. It's vital to feel them maybe explore them with a curiosity as more of an observer in order to move through them.
Whatever way you choose to do it. Make sure you take care of yourself after you process an emotion. I'll touch on that as well in Part 2.
If you want to share how you work through your emotions, please DM me on Facebook or Instagram @PositiveBabble or email me at jen@positivebabble.com
Have an amazing week.
This short and sweet Positive Babble is inspired by an entry from my favorite little book The Daily Book of Positive Quotations by Linda Picone.
I haven't been into this book in a few months and was thrilled to see today's entry was just perfect for a little reminder to us that we are never to old to try new things, start that new job, start that business, anything we want in life.
We've all fallen prey to the thought I'm to old to.... Insert want here! But we aren't to old. It's never to late. Get your ass in gear and set out to try that thing you've always wanted to.
I read something this week that said you will only be new at something once. Once you do it, it gets easier each time and that is so so true! Let's not limit ourselves. Let's push past the fear of not knowing and try!
I mention how I'm going to try and record all in one take, no editing. Let me give you a piece of advice. Never say that on the recording because then you mess up! Like I did. Haha. Listen through all the way to the end to hear my faux pax. Oh and yeah there is a little cussing involved. FYI. :)
Don't forget to check out my website www.positivebabble.com. I would love to hear your ideas or comments about the show DM me on Facebook or Instagram @PositiveBabble. You can always shoot me an email
Have an amazing week!
Aloha Good Morning my fellow Positive Babblers!
Oh Yes it is Monday and a beautiful day at that. I share in this episode a brief rundown on how my Mindful in May efforts went. Well they went! Was I perfect, no. And that's okay! I'm so happy with the effort that was made and it brought me back to the present more times than I can count.
Keep being mindful and aware whether it's through Meditation each day or every other day or just waking up when you realize you're on autopilot. All we have is NOW! Let's live in it!
Taking time for yourself is, to me, a key component to living your best life. Today I took myself to a Yoga class this morning, which I usually don't due to it being Monday. Mondays are so busy, so much work to be done, I took the weekend off, excuse, excuse, excuse. I kindly reminded myself of the hours on social media I spent for work this weekend. The logging in and checking emails and going to the UPS Store all for work, so what's an hour and a half out of my Monday morning? It's nothing. It's a trade off worth making and whether or not I worked some this weekend, I deserve to take the time I need. And so do you!
Now I'm jazzed and ready to rock this day out! Oh YEAH!
Treat yourself with loving kindness. You deserve to love yourself in all your amazing glory! Take the time you need today and everyday even if just a few minutes. Find what brings you joy and fit that in your day! It will shift you mind, body and spirit in the best possible way!
Love you all!
Remember new website is up and work is in progress! www.positivebabble.com

Aloha lovely Positive Babblers!
It's Memorial Day in the U.S. and on this fine Day, I hope you remember that we have SOOO much to be grateful for. So much going right in our lives. Let's take notice today of all days and never forget the sacrifice of those who have made our freedoms possible! Thank you to all who have served and who continue to serve!
I share yet another fantastic entry from my YOU are a BADASS desk Calendar by Jen Sincero! Man this woman is on fire with these entries.
Focus on GIVING! Giving your money to the establishments that you buy things from. Giving your thanks to the employees that help you. Giving them a smile and your thanks can make their whole day. Giving thanks because we have the money, the physical ability and the car to get us there! Talk about so much to be grateful for!
I go into my own process of gratitude around paying my bills. I've done this for YEARS!! I always think out loud how much I LOVE to pay my bills! Because I CAN!
This also reminded me to flip the "I need to", and the "I have to" to the I GET TO!
It will take practice, but if you do this with everything think of how your energy will shift.
Hey it's Episode 30 and PositiveBabble.com is now live. Check out my new Podpage!! I am excited to start blogging about each episode and maybe even create a newsletter in the coming months. Oh and you can now leave me a voice message here too!

Have an amazing week!!!
This topic, reliving the past, the not so good parts, was something I journaled about recently.
That thing that happened to us or that bad decision we made keeps coming back to haunt us. Why? Because we allow it to... Now, don't get me wrong, moving past things that we regret or that were traumatizing for us is no easy feat.
Think about this though, what happens when you relive past unhappy moments? You relive it! Your whole body goes through it all AGAIN. Meaning you are affecting your emotional and physical health AGAIN. Remember your brain doesn't know the difference between what is real and what is imagined.
I bet you can think of a time when you were reliving an unpleasant moment how funky you felt. How you tightened up, felt irritated, angry and unsettled. You allowed something you can't change to affect you in the present moment, stealing your peace!
We've all done it and let's be honest we will probably do it again. So, what can we do to interject and stop ourselves before we go down the rabbit hole?
Say STOP (when you become aware your spiraling or starting to spiral) use your name! Look in the mirror when you do this if you can!
Then, once you do that take a deep breath.
Then say, you are okay, you are safe.
Start saying to yourself, You survived! Look how far you've come! You can do better going forward and make better choices starting NOW!!
Then think of all the things going right in your life right now. It doesn't matter how long the list is just make the list and repeat it in your mind or write it down, but turn your focuse to what is going right in your life.
This is just a quick way for you to stop yourself from allowing the past to come back and bite you!
That is all for today my friends. Let me know what you think about this process and if you try it out, let me know how it went. DM me on Facebook or Instagram @PositiveBabble or email me at jen@positivebabble.com
Make it a great week!

Have an amazing Week!
Aloha and Mahalo!!
I start this funny and so true episode off with an update on how my first week of meditation went.
Attempting to be more mindful this May by doing at least 10 minutes of meditation per day has proven challenging, but worth it. I share my ups and downs and the changes I've already noticed.
Your Brain is Your Bitch!! No truer words have ever been spoken.
The thoughts we think create our reality. We can create a dream life or a version of a living hell just with our thinking.
It's solely up to us where we allow our thoughts to go. What we think about we bring about.
I share this excellent entry of the same title from my You Are a Bad Ass desk Calendar by Jen Sincero. Her thoughts on this are just perfect!
If you aren't doing it already, make your brain your bitch. Take the reigns on how and what you are thinking. Remember YOU are the creator of your reality, not your runaway thoughts.
I loved this entry and this episode as it's exactly what I want this podcast to help you remember. Train your brain!! Mindset matters the most! We CAN create the life we want!
As always, would love to know how you stay mindful and how you keep your thoughts on track to create and live a life you love!
Please reach out via email to me at jen@positivebabble.com or on Instagram or Facebook @PositiveBabble.
Have an amazing week!!
This could be the most babbly episode so far! Haha! I lost some of my 1st recording so I had to rerecord this episode. I still had some great stuff from the 1st attempt and I just couldn't leave it out so enter the mash up that has become Episode 26!
It's not perfect, but I love it anyway!
I found a very cool organization called Mindful in May! Check them out on Instagram or on their website mindfulinmay.org and sign up for their May Meditation challenge.
I highly recommend that if you want to try this challenge and you need the accountability this is the place to be. Upon sign up you'll have access to a dashboard and will receive daily emails with your meditations. They are definitely someone I'll be watching!
As for me, I'll be holding myself accountable and meditating at least 10 minutes a day this month. Want to join me? I would love the company.
I will also be practicing Mindfulness in my daily routine by bringing myself into the present moment more and taking myself off autopilot. It will take persistence and commitment, but I am feeling very motivated.
Another act of Mindfulness that I will be practicing was inspired by the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. I will be implementing being impeccable with my word.
Being mindful of how I speak to myself (especially) and to others so I invoke the feelings of love and kindness to all and not fear.
If you haven't read The Four Agreements I highly highly recommend you pick up a copy. It's another of those very digestible wonderful reads full of insight and clarity that really gets you thinking and feeling. I LOVE IT!
I hope you'll join me in practicing mindfulness this month. If you do, keep me posted on how its going. You can always DM me on Instagram or Facebook @PositiveBabble or email me at jen@positivebabble.com
Have an amazing week!!!
This week I share with you a fantastic reading by a coach that you must check out. He his an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Coach from Switzerland named Ernesto Parissi.
I found him on Instagram on one of the #'s I follow! His posts are packed full of good information on how your brain is here to protect you and how it might be hindering you too. Check out his Instagram page @ernestoparissi
In short, he shares how your brain will make up stories to protect you and doesn't know if the threat is real or not. It is less concerned about Positive events because well you don't need protection from those. This is a great reminder of how we are responsible for balancing out the negative emotions and self talk our brains can produce.
How you ask? Self Care, watching what kind of media you consume, surrounding yourself with good people. Gratitude practices , meditation and so much more. Try them all until you find what works for you. You are worth it!
Ernesto, also has an amazing website https://rewriteyourprogram.com/ Where you can dive deeper into what NLP is and how it can help you. He offers coaching a membership program and a free mini course on how to manage stress.
His next big online workshop is coming up on May 7th. Sign up today. 15% discount if you sign up before April 27th!
Thanks for listening! I hope this gem of a find helps you on your journey to a more positive life.
If you know of any other amazing coaches doing amazing things, please email me about them so I can check them out. jen@positivebabble.com
If you want to see the post I shared this week it's on my Instagram Page @PositiveBabble
I'll see you inside next week's episode!
Have an amazing week!! :)
My husband has been away for about 10 days and now that he's back I want to take a bit of a break, but I had something on my mind this week I just had to share.
Gratitude!
We can be happy now with exactly what we have and still work toward our goals and dreams. You don't have to be happy if or happy when something happens. You can be happy now! It's all up to us right! Our Mindset is the key and the way to get yourself into a place of being happy now with your life as it is right this minute is with Gratitude!
However you choose to start, by making a list of things your grateful for that are in your life now, by doing a gratitude journal or meditation it all works. Find a way to bring what you are grateful for into your day every day and watch how your happiness builds.
Okay I'm off to cuddle with my hubby, so I'll see you inside next weeks episode.
Until then, feel free to DM me on Insta/Facebook @positivebabble or email jen@positivebabble.com
Have an amazing week!
This week I totally caught myself holding onto a negative experience that wasn't allowing me to move forward. In fact, it was keeping me from utilizing a valuable resource I have been paying for. I know, I know. Why, you ask? Well because my brain held onto the negative instead of finding the positive. But I had to share this with you because everyone does things like this. I am so glad I took a good hard look at myself, realized what I was doing and have now rewritten that story to a more positive one.
Is this positive you ask?? Oh Yeah!
I feel so grateful when I become aware that I am doing something that isn't serving me. I can then change the behavior. Zoom out and see the positive aspects, reframe the situation or retell the story of whatever it might be.
You see to me, our Mindset is most important and I find when I hold on to a negative feeling or story in my mind, it spills over into other areas of my life holding me back. And that my friends just will not do.
I also touch on forgiving myself for the behavior. It's okay that I went through what I did. I learned something from it and now will be more aware incase anything similar comes up in the future. I'll be able to spot it quicker and change it even faster. I hope this helps you give yourself some grace next time you have to call yourself out on some B.S. :)
I end this longer babble with aquote from my You Are A Bad Ass Desk Calendar by Jen Sincero. It's really a perfect one to because it talks about our excuses and well, I was making those too! Time to push through and get busy!
I've got this!
Have an amazing week. Shoot me a DM @PositiveBabble on Instagram or Facebook. Let me know how you liked the episode. Email works too jen@positivebabble.com
I needed something light and easy this week to share and I found it. I took us back into the Daily Book of Positive Quotations by Linda Picone and this is a real gem.
Straight forward and to the point, if you think you can you will and if you think you can't you won't. This entry is so right on. There is no great mystery behind positive thinking. It is all up to us to figure out how we want to face the world each day. Do you jump in with a smile or trudge in head down. Some days it feels harder than others to gather up the courage to change your thinking, but it's worth the effort. I have proved it to myself time and time again. I hope you know you are worth that effort too friend.
This week I chose a different method of delivering your Positive Babble. How do you like the episode minus the intro and outro and set to music?? I really like it. It was an experiment and again, I did it all myself so I am celebrating that.
I got this idea from a great friend, Beth Lease, over at the So, I Got Divorced Podcast. She does the super cool background music in her podcast too! Check her out anywhere you get your podcasts from she's fantastic.
Thanks for listening!
Have an amazing week!
I keep reading that having one difficult, disappointing or embarrassing thing happen to us in a day can keep us from noticing anything good or even great that happens in addition. Well that just sucks. I know I've been guilty of it on occasion myself.
In this short babble I talk about how maybe we can try something else. Let's become more aware of the fact we are zooming in on something unpleasant or obsessing about something we can't control, then like a camera lens, zoom out again and let our whole day come into the picture. Once we do that we can start to list all the great things that went on. Once we see an example of something happy, fun or great, zoom in on that. Focus your attention there.
Repeat this as often as you'd like so you can truly see how much good stuff your day is composed of. Remember the good things are often the little things, so don't pass up that great cup of coffee you got from your favorite barista or the woman that told you how she liked your hair! It all counts my friends.
Until next time, shoot me a DM on Facebook or Instagram @positivebabble or email is also great jen@positivebabble.com
Have an amazing week!!
This week is a little longer of a Babble on celebrating your accomplishments and focusing on what is going right in your life.
I am happy to be celebrating Episode 20 of the podcast among other wonderful things in my life like coffee, fresh air and beautiful Maui days.
I dive a little bit into why I believe so strongly in Positive Mindset practices and how I have put them to use time and time again and have seen the incredible benefits.
I discover a great way to incorporate a new Positive Mindset practice each day at bed time by asking myself "what I can celebrate about my day?" Taking a few minutes each day to focus on all the good things that have been accomplished will definitely help keep us on the path to joy!
I invite you to join me in this little experiment and see how it helps you in your daily life. Try it for 7, days, 10 days, 15 days or 30 days. Just a few minutes each evening think about what you can celebrate. Finishing that task at work, dropping a friend off at the airport, opening a door for someone. It all counts! I think I'll go for 30 days and keep you posted on how it's going for me.
Remember celebrate it all even the little things, maybe especially the little things since those are the things that matter most after all.
DM me on Facebook or Instagram @positivebabble and let me know how it's going for you. You can also shoot me an email at jen@positivebabble.com

This week's episode is one I am truly proud of! I hope you enjoy this amazing young woman's story.
After being chronically ill with declining health for several years and with doctors unable to give her any help or answers, Ashley Hedstrom turned to ancestral wisdom to heal from autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, and dis-ease. She reversed the states of dis-ease in her body and healed through nutrition, movement and alternative medical paradigms that instilled in her a desire to empower others. With this experience, she created GoddessHomestead.com where she invites you to learn along side her as she continues her pursuit of balance, health and happiness.

This episode is a bit longer as I share with you my two current dream podcasts guests. 1st Dana Wilde, podcast host of Positive Mindset for Entrepreneurs and author of Train Your Brain. It would be so cool to spend some time in her orbit. I also dive a little bit into my first experience interviewing someone. Yikes that was a learning lesson. I also share an excerpt from my very favorite book Zen and the Art of Happiness by Chris Prentiss.
Sharing our lives with worthy companions may keep our tribe small, but that's okay. We should only share our time on this earth with those who support and lift us up. Spending time with those that believe in our efforts and dreams is crucial to our wellbeing.
Chris Prentiss would be dream podcast guest #2.
Stay tuned as my first guest will air on Monday February 28th. I didn't announce who yet, so follow me on Facebook and Instagram this week as I talk her up.

This special Valentine's Day Episode is all about, you guessed it, LOVE!
I'm not just talking romantic love however! I am talking about love of all kinds. Look around you and see all the love in your life. Look at your friends, family, pets, neighbors, coworkers all those that you care about and realize how much love you actually have in your life. Romantic love is wonderful don't get me wrong but so are all the other kinds of love. Why put love of any kind in the back seat. Even love for ourselves counts too! I failed to mention that in the episode, but I believe that to be true.
I share another amazing entry, also on Love, out of the Daily Book of Positive Quotations by Linda Picone, that shares my sentiments about love.
If you find yourself disliking this holiday or feeling less than because you might not be in a romantic relationship right now take a step back and look around you. You might just have more love in your life than you think. Don't forget mindset is everything!
Thank you for listening and joining me on my positive journey. Please keep in touch via Facebook or Instagram @PositiveBabble or email me at jen@positivebabble.com
Happy Valentines Day! Make it a great week!
This tiny tidbit babble is a short, much needed, burst of tough love. This entry, taken from my You Are a Bad Ass desk calendar by Jen Sincero speaks volumes! Lets stop screwing around and just do it already!
Each week I bring you something to ponder and this is one to ponder. Why NOT now?? Let's make the changes we need to make to get our lives going on the path to awesomeness as soon as we can. Remember it's all up to us. It's our responsibility to create the life we want!
Thanks for listening. If you've got something positive to share, reach out via DM on Facebook or Instagram or email me at jen@positivebabble.com
Have an amazing week!
Happy last day of January.
This week I read another great entry from The Daily Book of Positive Quotations by Linda Picone on Self-Talk.
The quote is a great one touching on how we don't just get upset but we actually end up contributing to our own upsetness. We either can't see out of our own negative spiral or see the value in the lesson and we obsess and magnify the circumstances of some situations. We've all done it. But it's so important that we remember, our reactions are our responsibility and no one else's.
I list a few ways to help get yourself out of the spiral and back to a good or at least better mood.
Thanks to all who have been listening and sharing! You mean so much to me! Feel free to drop me a line via email jen@positivebabble.com or DM me on Instagram or Facebook. Let's keep in touch!
This tiny tidbit babble is on an entry from my YOU are a Bad Ass Desk Calendar by Jen Sincero! It's one you won't want to miss. I'm definitely going to keep this entry forever. Plus, who doesn't love the word kick-assery?
It's so important to know what we are filling our days and minds with. What are you watching, talking about, thinking about etc. Are you on a positive auto-loop or do you swing toward the negative? If it's the latter, how can you change that? Try upgrading your thoughts, the kinds of content you consume, even the people you spend your time with to make sure all things support your quest for greatness. That is key!
Thank you to all who listen. The show is gaining traction and I'm so excited! Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss an episode. Follow me on Facebook/Instagram @positivebabble. Have an Amazing Day!
I am traveling this week for work and did not want to skip a Monday. So this quick babble is another entry from the Daily Book of Positive Quotations by Linda Picone and it's a great one.
I'm practicing being more present each day. Some days are harder than others, but it's important that we step back and notice and appreciate all the good going on in our lives even on the busy days. Tap in and be present today. When you find yourself on autopilot come back to the present as soon as you can. Let's not miss what's happening around us.

I call myself out in this episode and I'm proud of myself for doing it.
I've caught myself making excuses over the last few weeks about continuing with this podcast. I feel like I don't have time, it's too much work, my work life balance is affected. I'm not good enough! Blah Blah Blah. Here come the excuses. But I don't want to give up. Something in the back of my mind says keep going, so here you go!
Disclaimer: A few expletives were used in the making of this episode, but no fbombs! I hope you still take a listen.
Enjoy!
Follow me on Facebook or Instagram @PositiveBabble. I swear to get back into posting! :) Email is great too shoot an email to jen@positivebabble.com
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to All! This is a bit of a longer babble, but it is one to listen to for sure.
How do you feel about New Years Resolutions? I myself love them, but I know not all people do. They can bring up all kinds of feelings depending on your perspective on them. However you feel about them, resolutions/goals don't have to be made just once per year . I am trying something new this year and using my "umbrella" idea to highlight two main goals I'd like to work on. Each spoke of my umbrella will be labeled "what can I do each month to work toward my main goals and what can I do each week. Then after I recorded this episode, I broke it down even further into what can I do each day to get me closer to those two goals, each hour I plan to just BREATHE! Finding time to revisit my New Years Resolutions this year much more often could just be the key to success! I'll keep you posted.
I will also start reading each week an entry from the fantastic book by Linda Picone called The Daily Book of Positive Quotations. In this episode, I read the introduction as it gives full detail on ways you can use the book throughout the year. I also read the entry for January 1st. It's on keeping the "little things" in perspective and its an excellent one for the start of a New Year!
Let me know how you like the reading at jen@positivebabble.com or DM me on Facebook or Instagram @PositiveBabble
Here's to a fantastic 2022!!
There is so much positivity packed into this extra Christmas Episode! I had forgotten I recorded it back in October, so it's a blast from the past but it has a great message on how to hold on to your feelings of joy, happiness, and elation when you accomplish a goal or do something outside of your comfort zone. Oh and there is singing, yes my friends singing!
What I love about this episode is I didn't have to really edit any of it except add in a little explanation at the beginning. It just flowed and I can hear the happiness in my voice. I hope to carry on this tone into the future of this podcast. I just need to keep reminding myself of the joy and excitement creating this has brought me and not worry to much about the details. Just go with the flow and let it unfold. I think we can all take that advice, am I right? :)

In this episode, I share an amazing reading that was written by a friend of mine on Facebook, Jamie Shephard. Her thoughts on what's inside your cup are sure to make you stop and think. I know it has me thinking for sure.
Also don't forget that when our cup gets on the empty side, its refillable. But, make sure you are refilling it with joy, kindness, compassion and love. Those are what we all need more of.
Thanks for listening. If you've got something positive to share or an idea for a show, shoot me an email at jen@positivebabble.com or DM me on Instagram or Facebook @PositiveBabble.
Have an amazing week!
In this week's Babble, I start with some deep breathing and an I AM statement mantra I love. I touch on the power of spending time with a friend. A fantastic quote by Nido Qubein that reminds us our present circumstances don't determine where you can go in life. A little bit on why I am doing this podcast and more. Quite a bit covered in this little burst of inspiration. I hope you enjoy!
Oh, P.S. I am now a Crossfitter! :) At the time of this recording I was not. Yes, I drank the Kool Aid and it is good! I'll probably do an episode about that and how it's going soon! :) To check out the Morning Chalk Up online magazine visit morningchalkup.com

Have an amazing day!
Aloha my fellow Positive Babblers!
This awesome part 2 episode is all about showing yourself appreciation and 5 tips that I've used over the years to help me appreciate myself. There is so much more to this topic, but this short digestible episode hits the spot.
I start with an inspiring mantra, part of a 10 minute morning meditation, that I found on YouTube by Boho Beautiful. It's just so uplifting and really sets you up for a fantastic day. I highly recommend you take a listen.

Then I move into the fact that YOU are your longest relationship. Get to know yourself. Take care of yourself. There is nothing wrong with that, in fact, it's vitally important so you can give back to others. Fill your own cup first right!
Finally, I list 5 steps that might help you on your own journey to self-love and acceptance. I AM statements anyone! :)
I had a great time with this episode and I hope you enjoy. Remember, I would love to know your thoughts on this subject and what you do to take care of yourself and how you show yourself appreciation.

Mahalo!
How often do you get outside? It's a question we might rarely think about but it's an important one. With an increased use on screens and computers, we find ourselves inside more than ever and at times can feel disconnected.
In this episode, I share my thoughts on the power Nature has for each one of us, how it helps me and what magic it can bring. All we need to do is get outside spend some time enjoying it and allowing it into our daily lives. There are always excuses as to why you can't, but you are worth it! Give yourself the incredible gift that is waiting for you just outside your door. Nature is here to support and rejuvenate us. We all know this, we just need to be reminded.
Take the get outside challenge. Add 10 minutes of extra outside time to your day this week that is just for you. Whether it be to get in some deep breaths, taking a quick walk or stopping to feel the Sun on your face. Then message me on Instagram @positivebabble or email me at jen@positivebabble.com and let me know how doing that has helped you.
Aloha Positive Babblers!
