This week's guest is Crystal AKA my maid of honor! We met 8 years ago and have been friends since. She is a badass woman. She is just one of those women that MAKES society (if that makes sense lol). She has a degree in accounting, became an accounting manager and is now managing finances for a non-profit organization. She's a mom. She's just all around an amazing human being. It made perfect sense to interview her. :) <3

It’s true there are simply not enough teachers. What’s going on? One teacher career coach I follow on Instagram claims “now is the time teachers have finally been allowed to leave and stand up for themselves and their mental health.”

I have personally noticed this is occurring across all professions. An article from Muse states “more employees quit in 2021 - more than the past 2 decades.”

You don’t have to live under a rock to see all the “we are hiring” signs plastered all over the city.

Something is going on. Tune in to this episode where I interview one high school teacher to find out exactly what is going on. You’ll want to stay (or fast forward) until the very end. There is a BIG surprise.
