Thoughts With Colitis is a weekly podcast featuring personal experiences from a 22 year old living with Ulcerative Colitis. I have created this podcast to help raise awareness for the Chronic illness and Mental health community. I want people who have gone through a similar situation, to understand the importance of opening up about how they're feeling and to express their emotions. This podcast is about speaking from the heart, sharing different experiences when dealing with a chronic illness or any other diagnosis.
In this weeks episode, I will be speaking my thoughts from having Ulcerative Colitis for two years. I talk about the benefits and the bad times of dealing with a chronic illness. I hope you all can take something from this episode. I wanted to be honest and not sugar coat anything as being real shows the truth behind this invisible illness.
Welcome back to another episode of the "Thoughts With Colitis" Podcast, today I am speaking on how unpredictable life can be, when dealing with a chronic illness. My goal for this episode is to allow other people to understand the TRUTH of Ulcerative colitisĀ and the things we go through on a daily basis and how unpredictable our lives can be.
