This week Emma is joined by the artist Lara Robinson. Lara is a classically trained contemporary artist who has won a host of awards for her paintings and whose next solo show is on the horizon.
Lara shares her journey into art, what inspires her and how she channels that inspiration into her art, as well as discusses the trends within the art scene.
Lara is infectiously passionate about all things landscape, painting and portraiture so you will likely find yourself itching to pick up a paintbrush after the episode!

In this episode Emma is joined by Sophie Vecchione, physio, ultra marathon coach and avid trail runner. Sophie shares insights into recovering from running injuries, nutrition, discusses RED-S, and how running has just exploded with popularity .
Sophie has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience, and an MSc (Pre-registration) in Physiotherapy. She has completed both undergraduate general physiotherapy rotations and senior musculoskeletal rotations in the NHS and now works privately out of a clinic and virtually for her own company called Run Free Rehab.
Sophie is also a UESCA certified Ultra Marathon coach and has a special interest in the prevention of and recovery from injuries in runners.
