She goes on to talk about the importance of setting S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound) goals for your fitness and wellness in order to achieve the greatest results. The team then discusses popular fad diets including Keto, Carnivore, and Juice Cleanses and the issues each one presents. Bailey is a Registered Dietitian and CSSD.

Shawn discusses his personal journey of physical fitness and how he is striving to have wellness in his present fitness pursuits. He details the negative impacts and injuries he has suffered from intense weightlifting and shares the lessons he has learned. Shawn is an Exercise Physiologist with Indiana University Athletics and he describes the challenges collegiate athletics faced with Covid-19 and the arduous work he and the program performed in order to open sports back up while ensuring the health of the athletes.

As the Assistant Director of Performance Nutrition at Indiana University, Bailey oversees the nutrition care of twelve athletic programs.  She is responsible for individual counseling, team education, body composition assessments, and supplement safety initiatives. Prior to her time at Indiana, Bailey was the team dietitian for the South Bend Cubs and a Nutrition fellow at St Vincent Sports Performance.
