Friends, this may be one of the most moving episode I have ever done. Hence the crying that I could not control.
I have my incredible friend, Jen Shiers on the pod this week. Jen is an educator, a mom, a wife, a queen of fitness, and most of all, a person with purpose.
This is an episode we need to be listening to everyday because Jen speaks on finding her purpose at a young age and never leaving that path of purpose. She talks about visualization and staying loyal, maximizing the strength in others, THE POWER OF YET, and staying true to you and your inner-voice. One of my favorite parts is when she explains the importance of quality over quantity and how that has played a big part in her life.
Here's a little on Jen:
Jen Shiers is a 40-year-old educator, wife, and mother. She lives in Mableton, GA, and has two sons--six and eight years old. Jen currently serves as the K-5 English Language Arts Professional Learning Coordinator in the Cobb County School District. During her 18 years in education, Jen has served as a classroom teacher, local school academic coach, and now a district leader.Jen enjoys lifting weights with a trainer and is a member of Orangetheory Fitness. She also is an avid sports fan both watching her boys play sports as well as watching the Braves and Dallas Cowboys.
It's me today! Bringing you your weekly Jennergy. Every day I am surrounded by people who inspire me with what they have overcome, accomplished, or struggled with. I will be sharing a topic of what has inspired me the most from these inspirations! That's called the "Jennergy"! I hope you can get as much from it as I do. It's about finding that freedom to live the best life possible for all of us! Enjoy.

When I tell you this episode will transform you.....I am still feeling the magic since recording with Amy Henry, Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. I have been a huge fan of Amy's since meeting her ten years ago. After having a few lunch dates with her recently and reconnecting, I feel like she is now my spiritual sister. Amy is sharing her "Method", (The Amy Henry Method), on how she found her purpose and ultimate passion in life after realizing she had to break from the "cookie cutter" beautiful life she had on the outside. In this episode she gets real about getting uncomfortable to break through making transformations in our best selves. She explains how only through destruction can the transformation occur. We talk divorce and how listening to that inner-voice changed her life. Wellness, spiritual, trusting, self-worth, it is all her in this episode. Find Amy at @the_amyhenry_method or email her at theamyhenrymethod@gmail.com. ENJOY!

Do you look at other people or things as the problem instead of looking at you?
Are you looking at life as happening FOR you instead of TO you?
