Initiation can sometimes be the most difficult part. It's terrifying because you're worried you'll fail. But the only way you can fail, is by not trying at all or by giving up.
(TW: Mentions of suicidal thoughts) So, in this episode, I speak about something that I actually never really thought I'd share. Because the very thought of it was just terrifying and I was worried it would cause alarm or judgments. But I think it's important for me to talk about. I know I'm not the only person who's felt this way, but for a long time I thought I was. And so this episode is for anyone going through a difficult time and is thinking that there isn't any hope. As scary as this episode is for me to publish, I'm sharing it in hopes of reminding you that you aren't alone. Here's a bit more of my story and how I learned to find that sense of hope for myself.
Hi! It's my birthday today and I want to take the time to reflect on this past year as I transition from the age of 16 to 17. It was a bumpy ride, but with the highs and lows, I've been able to gain something from each experience -- friends, important figures in my life, a deeper sense of gratitude, valuable lessons, and so much more. It's incredible seeing everything that's been presented to me. And I can't wait to see what else there is to explore and discover as I turn seventeen.
Confidence is all mindset. In this episode, I talk about my experience with developing confidence and what I've learned in this aspect so far.
Initiating something can be one of the most difficult things to do. Maybe because we fear failure or we don't know how to start. But we have to start somewhere, right? Listen to this episode if you're still waiting for "right time" to begin something. Spoiler Alert. The "right time" doesn't exist.
In this episode, I speak about five ways journaling has helped improve the quality of my life.
This episode is just published with the intention of keeping you company. Join me and my sister as we get into one of our random conversations while trying to stay cozy!
This episode discusses something that was once kept as a secret as only a limited amount of people historically have known. It was not something people wanted to share. But it's something that the greatest historical thinkers and figures have implemented into their lives. but it deserves to be taught. and now more people are finally learning about how they can begin to craft their desired reality. because you are perfectly capable!! if you're interested in learning more, go ahead and click play! enjoy, my loves!
We all come to a point in our lives when giving up can feel like the only option. We feel hopeless, scared, confused, dejected, pessimistic, defeated. I know I've been feeling that pressure lately. This episode features a journal entry I wrote during and after a panic attack I was experiencing. And usually I wouldn't like to admit things like having panic attacks. And I especially am not one to share journal entries with anyone. But here I am. Yet, as scary as it was, I felt like maybe I could share this one for anyone who may be struggling with these same issues. and for myself, both this time and the inevitable next time. One personal goal of this podcast is to take myself out of my comfort zone and focus on expressing vulnerability. And this episode, has definitely allowed me to accomplish both. so yay for that! But here comes the even scarier part... publishing! We can do this!
Sometimes, it's difficult to deal with imperfections. Whether it's in what we do or what's around us. But when we accept and learn from them, our potentials and possibilities are limitless. So remember: failure is a reason to keep going, not to give up. So keep going. You'll be grateful you did!
Hi! Today, I talk a more about my journey with self improvement. I've learned a lot about self discipline and motivation so far and wanted to share it with those who may be working to improve themselves as well. We can do it! Believe in yourself and trust the process!
This episode discusses the importance of trust and vulnerability. We're here to allow ourselves to celebrate the ability to show emotion, not degrade ourselves for it. I recently came to the realization that I needed to reflect on the concept of trust and reevaluate the way I viewed it. This episode is not meant to make everyone or myself understand the notion entirely, but to help us think and talk about it, free of judgment!
Welcome to the very first episode of Power of Words! Today, I talk about the significance of our Mindset. We tend to disregard the power of words when it comes to self-talk. This episode discusses why it's important to start improving the way we treat ourselves. Self love, baby! We all deserve it, and that includes you! Also, this is my very first episode, so I know it isn't great. But I hope to grow and improve throughout out my podcast and build a supportive community that's a safe place for everyone. Let's build each other up- and don't forget yourselves! And I hope you'll stay tuned for future episodes. Thank you, loves!
