I wrote this over a year ago when one of our friends lost her husband. I can't claim to know that I can even begin to understand how it must feel but I do see the pain, the struggle, and the adjustment. What I do know is there is hope. There is hope for all of us, regardless of what club we're in.

Dad has remained faithful all these years since Mom's diagnosis of Alzheimer's. As time goes on, his dedication has taken its toll, physically, mentally, and emotionally. On this Father's Day, I just want to thank you, Dad, for all you've done for my sweet mama.
