We don’t realize how much asking questions helps us! It can help with our prosperity, wisdom, clarity, growth, openness, and so much more! The older we get the less we tend to ask questions! The more we grow up the more we think we know exactly how the world is and how everything works. We tend to generalize everything because we stop being curious and stop asking questions.

We are products of our own experiences, don’t let your own experience rob you from learning from other people’s experiences!

We live in a world where people do more waiting for their turn to talk instead if not really listening! Listen to learn more!

Quote of the podcast- Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow the important thing is not to stop questioning.

Asking questions make things fun! You can use questions in a way to learn something new, to sell things, or to change the direction of conversations!

When is it important to ask questions?

When you feel like you’re failing. Ask yourself the right questions to help you push through. The highest quality questions you ask will result in the highest quality information you receive.

Asking your spouse the right questions instead of just assuming. Or asking the right questions to find the exact root of a problem is helpful and beneficial.

Asking questions from authority figures and role models to learn more and find out how they get to where the got.

When you come from a different angels, this helps you see from different places. Ask all different kinds of questions you need to, to discover where each angel could take you.

In a work environment ask how you can do better in your position or how your work ethic can lower stress for yourself and your employers. Stop the complaining about questions. Try to be more valuable to others.

There is never a dumb questions! A lot of amazing people started with asking out of the box bizarre questions! Elon Musk for example with Tesla, the airplane discovery, trading a horse for wheels, and many other forward thinkers.

Asking questions can also help people empathize and better understand you.

Ask people how they got to where they got in life if you admire them. Be hungry to learn how to get to the next levels and ask how they got through their levels in life.

Tony Robbins time - management plans questions

  1. What do you really want? Result 2. Why do you want it? Purpose 3. How can you get it done? Method.

This episode sheds light on different perspectives of getting a degree vs. not getting a degree. We do not try proclaiming there is one right way to go but suggest there are these options to choose from, it shouldn’t be an obligation to decide there is one set in stone way.

College can be a way out of poverty, family, or an abuse. If you have a dream that requires a degree and if a degree is your true ambition, college is definitely the route a person should take.

You should ask yourself what gifts and talents God put in you to make your career choice. You should envision yourself being in a career for a long time and being happy within that field, if that involves needing to go to college then you should.

You don’t necessarily need to see the full picture, if you have a glimpse or the gist of what you want to do in your career choice, walk in faith one step at a time towards that!

In college you get to embrace different perspectives than you from being around people with all different kind of backgrounds. It teaches a person to broaden their minds and thoughts.

College could be a starting place to discover more of who you are and where you want to be in life.

Going to college should be YOUR decision. You will be in this career you invest in for more than half of your life. Make sure your time, energy, and sacrifice is something for YOU because YOU wanted to go that route.

We play a video about successful people that did not get a college degree.

You can be successful without a degree. You have to know what you want to do! What your passion is! In this Country you can find the resources to be successful without one.

What makes a person truly successful is their perseverance and college people are not automatically classified being successful by a degree. What makes your identity of success is what you do in life, not what you have obtained.

Knowledge doesn’t come from college; it comes from intentionally learning different things. Don’t always go with the flow with what everyone else is learning and reading, go deeper to get more and different insights.

Jary's Video: https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/2014/10/why-college-matters/

Alex's Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dEbdZxOqj0&ab_channel=SmartandRelentless

Great things happen to people with or without degrees!

Don't ever let anybody kill you dreams.

Alex starts us off by going deep! When people win, they party, when people lose, they ponder- Tony Robbins. When we get blind-sided it hits us hard. No matter how hard life slaps us in the face we have to ask ourselves “where did I mess up?” “What can I do better?” We should get better at embracing these moments.  Subscribe: https://youtube.com/thebeyondaverageshow Come and Say hi 👋 on our Social Media 👉 https://linqapp.com/BeyondAverageShow

Jary shares her losses to gain examples first about ending her young relationship and taking that hit (lose) to be able to gain something healthier in her future. What’s up guys is Alex here from Beyond Average, me and my wife Jary decided to start a new podcast this year.

In the first episode ever of The Beyond Average Show we talk about New Year’s Resolutions in a COVID world.

We talk about 2020 not being a good year where people felt like they were able to achieve their New Year’s Resolutions.

We shared Jary’s experience in her 2020 New Year’s goals and her not letting the pandemic get the best of her.

We mention having goals is critical towards our daily choices. The goals we want to achieve plays apart in the choices we make on a day-to-day basis to achieve those goals. Having goals would help prevent people from making irrational choices in their days and push them to intentionally do the best they can in their days striving for something, finding some meaning in a COVID world. We shared changing your thoughts and asking better questions to yourself, can improve how you live during COVID.

We talk about the quote, life is what you make is. Focus on what you can do, not what you can’t do. Find ways you can turn the pandemic around to your advantage. Find ways to still achieve your goals in different ways. Prepare yourself regardless, life is still happening and 2022 will be here before you know it. Even if you can only make small goal accomplishments, remember your sowing in seeds for something bigger long term. One day we will be back to living in a pandemic free world, prepare yourself for that. Don’t waste time on things you don’t even know why you are doing them. Remind yourself what is your why, why are you doing what you’re doing. What direction do you want to go in? Focus on what you’re going to do to achieve your goals, not what you’re not going to do. Small steps are crucial in making a big change. Small step will prevent a person from being overwhelmed. Short-term and quick goals are easy, long term goals are hard, keep planting seeds to see your goal grow eventually, even in a COVID world.

Watch the full episode on youtube: https://youtu.be/vKjmt2wFDvU We love you guys. Thank you so much for listening. Let us know in the comments what do you want us to talk about next. And if you stuck until the end you are a true champ, Catch you guys on the next one!
