Becoming a mother in 2020 was the catalyst for Andrea diving into her own self-discovery journey and subsequent career expansion which led to the creation of Made to Mother Co - a business aimed at empowering women with the tools necessary to navigate the modern workplace, and helping businesses create and roll-out parental leave programs. Andrea’s dream is to help make paid parental leave the norm across the entire US for all birthing people.
Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner, which means she understands the link between the way we are raised to think about motherhood and how these beliefs play into the way we see ourselves and our careers once we become mothers. Andrea believes women are magic and have the ability to tap into their true selves to create change in the world, especially when women come together in community.

Tim Frey is the Founder and CEO of Helix Gym, an Australian premium training facility established in 2015. After working in college strength and conditioning in the USA, Tim not only found his passion in the health and fitness industry, but also established an entrepreneurial mindset, knowing from a young age he had what it took to take his knowledge, experience and drive to the market and make his mark.
With a Masters Degree in Exercise Science, Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and his Master NLP Certification, this has allowed him the opportunity and expertise to (so far) coach over 2,388 clients, from ‘everyday joes’ to Professional Athletes across Australia and globally.
A short 5 years after his journey in the industry began, Helix was born. Matthew Bruce is a former Australian soldier turned meditation teacher. With deployments to Afghanistan and with time spent supporting the special forces, he struggled to integrate back into society and suffered from PTSD for a number of years. Through a combination of holistic practises, he was able to rediscover his love for himself and others around him. He moved to Bali with his partner Ruth to take responsibility for his mental health and to heal his relationship with the outside world. Matthew's words are written from the heart and life experience, having only read a small number of books since high school. He has battled with poor written skills for most of his adult life, so his first book was quite the triumph and opportunity for growth. He combines several self-taught quantum visualisations and meditation techniques to help you upgrade your life and take back control of your inner and outer worlds. Matthew has tried a vast range of holistic healing practice to heal from PTSD. He shares his understanding and experience with freely available healing techniques and how they relate to Soldiers and all humans suffering from trauma.
Matt is also the founder and creator of the Menswork Collective. He is helping his community and the globe to have the practical tools to build healthy relationships with themselves and with others. Matts second book went on to be an Amazon bestseller. He has also travelled Australia on a Men’s national suicided campaign. He communicates his message through transformation and insightful workshops and presentations. Matt has recently just worked with Microsoft in the USA and currently runs a somaitc online program to help men and women reconnect.
