When people find out we are ER nurses, we inevitably get asked the question "What's the grossest thing you have ever seen?". Well, we never tell you the worst things we have seen. Until now. This weekly podcast is a no holds barred look at things we see in the ER and what it is like to be an ER nurse. Because we have stories. Lots of stories. Many of them are gross, many are sad. But mostly they are just gross. Donelle & Sarah have over 30 years ER experience and love a good yarn. So join us if you are not easily grossed out or easily offended by colorful language.
The second part of the story of Charles Cullen who is one of the most notorious and scary serial killers of all time. We pick up when Charles has got a job at Somerset Medical Center and begins working with his friend Amy Loughren who will ultimately be instrumental in taking Charles down. Amy, you are the true hero of this story! Oh, and this week the audio is much better lol but not perfect because we are amateurs y'all! :) Enjoy!!

This week we touch on the horrible situation that many children face - child abuse or non-accidental injury. As emergency nurses we have seen far too much child abuse and have horrible stories to show for it. Reminder to all nurses - take care of yourselves and each other and utilize your EAP if you need it. We love you all!
