My life took its biggest and most inwards turn when I was diagnosed with life-threatening Ulcerative Colitis at 19 years old. The tipping point of my journey, my life has since transitioned through the cascading effects of this disease such as numerous abusive relationships, family breakdowns and self sabotage. What I have traversed through and learned throughout my journey is that EVERYTHING stems from an emotional charge. As the woman I am now, I’m passionate about inspiring women to tune into the subtle energies of the body and learn to listen to the guidance, because it’s always there. As someone who has kept so much of her struggles hidden for so long, I’m also now realising how urgent and pressing it is that we speak openly and honestly about the darkness in order for it to be illuminated with light. My name is Choiwee Moon. The Crystal Point was born in 2006 out of a husband and wife’s passion for Spirituality.
We are Trevor and Michelle Nelley, and from the moment we met our individual Spiritual journeys came together. We shared our Spiritual Gifts with each other, and over time began to share them with others.
Previously known as Spiritual Gardens, and renamed to The Crystal Point in 2016, we are a family business that started in our home, as a side hustle to our day jobs. Our home and garage quickly became full of crystals, Himalayan salt lamps, tarot, oracle and divination cards, incense and much more. It became a familiar place for many who came to find treasures to aide them on their own spiritual journey, and also enjoyed the feeling of safety and comfort that came with being in our home.
Over time we saw a need for people to access all of the wonderful Spiritual Gifts available, so we brought healers together and ran Natural & Holistic Fairs and Psychic Suppers around the North Island.
In 2020 the business had grown and we felt the time was right to take the next step and open up a shop in Hamilton. Our customers moved with us, and now our shop is not only a wonderful supplier of spiritual products and services, but a place for like-minded people to meet, connect, gather knowledge and grow on their Spiritual journey.
We’ve seen the effects first hand of being a part of this community - coming together and being surrounded by love and understanding supports you to explore your own Spiritual gifts and to grow and learn on your Spiritual journey. My journey to learning the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a two-part journey, one part I was exploring a business venture that will help people, something to make people’s lives better, something that is good for humanity and with a purpose. The 2nd part was my interest in other worlds, the unexplained, that there is more to the human story than we know, lost ancient knowledge. The unbelievable information that comes from these sessions and the healing afterward is amazing and I’ve found this to be a double win situation.
How did Jason discover QHHT by Dolores Cannon…
In 2011, my interest in ancient stories and lost knowledge of Atlantis and Egypt began to be reawakened again ever since I was a little boy. Anytime I heard anything about Atlantis on TV it had my full attention and I wanted to learn more. Later on, after some research, I discovered the books of Edgar Cayce, aka the sleeping prophet. The information that came from his sessions, like why was Atlantis destroyed, the purpose of the Pyramids, and the hall of records believed to be located under the Sphinx. Soon after, I discovered Dolores Cannon, and that is when I had a full taste of metaphysics. That everything is energy, everything has a vibration, and everything is connected to other worlds and other dimensions.
In 2017, after reading Dolores’ work I wanted to learn more about the hypnosis technique that she was teaching. I still had so many unanswered questions about my personal life and work, which led me to become a past life regression hypnotist in 2018. After my first class at QHHT, I had my first client two days later with many others interested in this experience.

I was originally born in Bucharest/Romania, but my life journey continued in the states in my mid 20's. As a little girl I found myself gazing up at the stars and feeling the urge to explore the mysteries of the unknown ( and still do it to this day!). Often there is a calling that we all crave to find the answers to our problems and concerns.
Having suffered from anxiety, high blood pressure, chronic back pain, and depression for a long time, I desperately searched to find healing for myself and others. As an intuitive empath I felt that my lifelong career as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician wasn't enough anymore. So, there I was one day, stumbling across Dolores Cannon's teachings having a great "AHA" moment; getting a subtle feeling that I have not found her, but rather she was nudging me. I can honestly tell you that if you ask for help with an open heart and soul, it will be delivered to you. After my first QHHT session, my anxiety was gone, no more blood pressure and my back pain started to subside slowly but surely. I am now Healed by the power of my own Subconscious Mind and able to see and understand what my body was trying to tell me for the longest time, but ... I was not listening ...

Lindsey Lockett is a trauma educator, coach, and the host of the Holistic Trauma Healing Podcast. After leaving behind the dogmas of fundamentalist religion and toxic wellness culture, Lindsey experienced her own dark night of the soul. During the healing journey that followed, she realized that trauma affects us as WHOLE people and therefore, we need to heal as WHOLE people.
Although Lindsey has benefited tremendously from therapy and psychiatry, these modalities never totally resonated with her because she found that they forced her to fragment herself rather than heal holistically. Jess's story is truly amazing. She was sexually assaulted which led her onto her spiritual journey. She now hosts cacao ceremonies and is sharing plant medicine with the world.
About Jess - Hello my name is Jessica Farrington and I am the founder of The Holistic Release and Pure Love Cacao.
I suffered in pain for years with my traumas of being sexually assaulted. I disrespected my mind, body & soul with excessive drugs & alcohol which lead to deep depression even to the point of suicide. I had to reach a point of despair to finally remove this mask I had which forced me to hide my true being.
My passion and drive today is to encourage people to step into their truth authentic self, holding that space for them to explore, allowing people to really feel into their emotions, releasing anything than no longer serves them.
I offer a range of holistic treatments-
1-1 Reiki Healing which includes the power of the Drum. Using the sound healing to relive stress and tensions in the physical body. Biofeedback research indicates that even brief heartbeat drumming can double light meditative brainwaves. Sound can be extremely powerful when setting the intention, which I guide my clients to do.
I then set up Pure Love Cacao back in 2021, as I had a beautiful opportunity to work with plant Medicine and receive from a Peruvian Co-op.
My Cacao journey is been so uplifting and beautiful and with this opportunity I felt that everyone needed to feel & experience this incredible plant Medicine.
I am now introducing 100% Ceremonial Grade Cacao “Pure Love Cacao” to my treatments to get my clients into the heart space, the cacao offers a loving support to ground you and to guide you wherever you intent to go through out the session. But also applying the ceremonies with the beautiful workshops and retreats I hold and collaborate with. To build a sense of community to bring people together to connect and to feel and to explore their inner peace.
My online store also includes handmade gifts of reiki infused crystal candles, I created the chakra collection which encourages you to connect in for self healing and you time. Each of the candles are vegan, cruelty free, ethically sourced, eco friendly, rapeseed and coconut wax, essential oils and leas-free cotton wick. This was a big part to my ethos in helping pacha mama out too.

Solala Towler was editor/publisher of The Empty Vessel: The Journal of Daoist Philosophy and Practice for 25 years. He has had 14 books published, including Inner Chapters of Chuang Tzu and The Tao of Intimacy and Ecstasy: The Promise of Spiritual Union and Tales From the Tao (Watkins); and Practicing the Tao Te Ching: 81 Steps on the Way (Sounds True). His work has been translated into Dutch, French, Italian and Spanish. He is a founding board member of the National Qigong Association as well as past President. He has taught qigong and Daoist meditation for over 30 years and leads tours to visit Daoist temples in the sacred mountains of China.
Solala also leads Daoist Tea Ceremonies and is author of the books Cha Dao: The Way of Tea: Tea As a Way of Life and Tea Mind Tea Heart. As a musician, Solala has recorded four cds of meditation/relaxation music using large Tibetan Bowls, flutes, harmonic overtone singing and group chant.

The Twin Flame Separation Continues - Chris & Pippa // Episode #27
It has been almost 10 months since we physically saw each other but we are still going strong. We have found this one of the most difficult things we have been through but we have grown and transformed through every second of it. Chris and I are twin flames and we always remember that we spent the first part of our lives without each other, so this part should be the easy bit. 🎧Episode Highlights [02:15] Being the Master of Your Own Fate * Growing up in a spiritual household, she realized that she must take responsibility for everything that shows up in her life. * While it’s easier to blame others, taking responsibility for yourself gives freedom. * If you want anything to show up in your life, you need to become it. * Fixing the difficult things in your life won’t bring you peace. Instead, you must find peace within yourself first and everything else will fall into place. * Some things happen not because we’re bad, but because our souls are here to grow.
[10:25] Changing the Way You Look at Life * When something difficult happens in life, you can control how you look at it. * Choose to look at life in a way that brings you peace and closer to your highest self. * Losing her stepson in an accident might be viewed as unfair, but they chose to believe that 19 years was all his soul needed in this lifetime. * Life is our classroom, and some people just need less time in the classroom.
[17:22] Becoming What You Want * If you’re in alignment with what you’re seeking, the universe will provide it. * When you change the way you approach any situation, then you’re already bringing a different energy to that situation and changing it. * Simply wanting something won’t manifest it; your thoughts and actions must be aligned. * Desiring and allowing are two aspects of achieving harmony.
[23:27] Finding Your Purpose * When she started getting sick a lot in law school, her dad helped her realize she didn’t want to be there. She also realizes that she was just sticking it out in fear of what others might think. * Don’t spend your life doing something that doesn’t resonate with you. * We all have a purpose and you must be aligned with it to receive divine guidance. * If you don’t know what your passion is, find out what you want to feel and start assuming it, imagining it, and bringing it into your body. * She knew that she wanted to tell stories. This led to her career in writing and speaking.
[34:03] A Powerful Meeting * Around 2013, she went with her dad on a cruise where he held lectures. * Arriving in Ephesus, her dad shared an emotional reunion with Mariam. She translated her dad’s work from English to Farsi though his books weren’t allowed in Iran. * Serena was moved to tears upon feeling the love Mariam had for her dad. * Upon witnessing that powerful moment, she wrote her dad a letter and he ended up asking a songwriter friend to turn it into a song sung by her sister Skye. * At her wedding, their father-daughter dance was to that song.

A Cord Cutting Meditation // Episode #19
The last 2 weeks have been challenging for me. Some past wounds have come up to be healed again. I lost a friend to covid and through it all I remembered to live life through the high and low. We can't always be high vibes, we have to look deep and go through the dark nights of the soul. I also became an Auntie which I am loving. The roller coaster of emotions can be tough but as we work through them we grow and heal. This week I decided to release my cord cutting meditation for you all. A reminder to cut those negative cords away so we can heal. This meditation can be done daily and is powerful. Please share it with your friends. Setting Healthy Boundaries & Allowing Ourselves To Feel Sadness // Episode #18
Things haven't been 'normal' for many of us over the past year but we have all been transforming and growing. Recently I had a sad day, and this was OK, I allowed my self to feel the sadness, the sadness that I miss my partner. But instead of turning the sad day into a sad week or month I knew this low energy wouldn't last. A high vibe day was on its way and this low energy was temporary. This is why having strong healthy boundaries in important, because when we are in lower energy frequencies it is easier to be triggered. Our boundaries can be tested in these times, as mine where this week. It isn't selfish to have those healthy boundaries in place. When we say no to others we are saying yes to ourselves.

Cutting Energetic Cords & Happy New Year // Episode #13
Happy New Year wonderful souls. Thank you for listening to me throughout 2020. I am thrilled to be back with some amazing episodes coming up and new interviews. Today I am chatting about cutting energetic ties. It seems to be the theme this week, so I decided to address it in today's episode. Whenever we face difficult situations, come out of bad relationships, get triggered, or meet negative people, we will form cords to that person. Good and bad. But these cords can stay attached to us, causing our energy to dip and relive these situations. It is important to do cord cutting as much as you can until you feel the release of the negative cords. Triggers in a Twin Flame Relationship & Dealing With Separation // Episode #11
After a little tiff at the weekend, Chris and I decided to chat about it. Being authentic and real about twin flame relationships, also being separated. It has been a tough few weeks since Chris left for New Zealand and we have had to adapt to our new living environments. But we urge other couples to ride with the changes and work on those triggers gracefully and compassionately. Your partner always has something to teach you about yourself. As twin flames we are always mirroring back what needs healing in the other person. Chris and I have worked hard on our ego this year and we will continue to do so. After our 4th tiff of the year we thought its time to spread the news and help others. To not only know its normal but to show others that you can have a wonderful loving relationship and still have tiffs. We grow, learn and teach each other through the whole process. Dealing With Triggers & Toxic EGO// Episode #10
Working on your ego can be a tough and challenging process but also rewarding. As spiritual beings having a human experience, part of that is dealing with our triggers. Emotional triggers will happen daily but it is committing to working through them and not avoiding them. Setting yourself free from the pain and anxiety you feel after a trigger. This is a brief episode regarding this but I will be speaking more about unhealthy ego and our triggers. The Magic Of Unicorns & Nature With Diana Cooper // Episode #9
Diana Cooper is a magical women. Her energy is beautiful and chatting to her made me feel so loved and free again. We had a lovely chat about the Unicorns and how they are mystical creatures and high vibrational beings. I myself have connected to my Unicorn guide and it is a wonderful feeling. Diana’s spiritual journey started many years ago when she was 42 and in the middle of a personal crisis. She called out to the universe for help and a golden angel appeared and took her on a journey to see her future.
Ten years later the angels reappeared and asked her to tell people about the angelic realms. When she finally agreed they gave her information for her first angel book. After that they were with her all the time.
She has written more than 30 books and 11 card sets translated into 28 languages and has travelled world-wide sharing information given to her by the angels, unicorns, dragons and Illumined Ones.
She currently teaches a variety of on-line courses.

Being Your Own Hero - A Cancer Survivor Gary Ramsey // Episode #6
This interview was one of my favorites, it was really special. I got to chat to a man who not only was told her had hours to live but decided to not give up and beat his cancer. His story is remarkable and I was blown away with his strength and courage. Gary is a magnificent man and I am so glad to have connected to him. His cancer story really hit home for me, after losing my Nan 3 years ago, I had so much empathy. I am so thrilled to bring this to you today.
When Gary's near-fatal cancer struck in the summer of 2015 there were few options available to him. His entire reality was uprooted and tossed into yet another more perplexing and mystifying one. Due to his firm resilience and ability to follow his heart, he slowly emerged from this grim situation into a world far greater than the one he had previously known. He now stands firm in the belief that within our own self, lies the wisdom with which we shall achieve our greatest glory here on earth.

Having Faith In The Universe & A Prayer For You // Episode #5
How much faith do you have in the Universe? Are you focusing too much on what you don't have? I truly believe we never choose a wrong path or make a wrong decision. It all leads us to this exact moment. We get to choose every day how we want to feel. We get to choose calmness, happiness, hope and faith. My biggest lesson this year was letting go of outcome. It can be super hard but having faith that everything works out for you and for your highest good. Live for today, for this moment. Make small positive changes each day. You got this!

Becoming Vegan with Alyx Steel // Episode #4
My first interview on the new relaunch with the beautiful Alyx Steele. High vibe interview for sure. We spoke mostly about Alyx becoming vegan but also what she does to help the planet. The aim of this interview is to help Mother Earth rise by us all doing a little bit each day. There is always something we can do better and more of. It could be recycling more, picking litter up if you see any of the floor, buying less single use plastic etc. It was such a fun interview.
About Alyx -
Born and raised in Liverpool, Alyx grew up obsessing over Pop icons Michael Jackson, Prince, Janet Jackson, Paula Abdul and Pink. It was those huge stages, the elaborate costumes, the Choreography and the passion and energy behind the performances that lead Alyx into a career as a Professional Dancer. Age 17 Alyx was picked up by one of the UK's leading Commercial Dance agencies and moved to London to pursue her career. More than a decade on Alyx has worked with a catalogue of International Artists and brands such as Rihanna, Jessie J, Pink, Coldplay, Nike and Heineken as well as hit TV shows X Factor, The Brit Awards, The Mobo Awards and So You Think You Can Dance (China)
Another passion of Alyx's is living a plant based lifestyle and helping others on their pathway to living a happier and healthier life too. She is dedicated to helping people be more conscious with their consumerism and living a more sustainable lifestyle.
After an amazing career as a performer, Alyx decided to hang up her dance shoes and pursue her first love, Choreography and Creative Direction. Since then she has travelled the world from Ibiza to China, Italy to USA. In 2017 Alyx worked with Uk Artist Tinie Tempah in creating his resident show in Ibiza as well as Uk festival SW4. Other artists include David Guetta, Charlie XCX, French Montana and VV Brown. Alyx was also Choreographer for Redbull Sound System events for 4 years running where she got to work with Damien Marley and Disclosure. Most recently Alyx Choreographed the closing number for MTV European Music awards at Wembley arena. One of Alyx's career highlights so far has been Choreographing the opening ceremony for the FFA World cup qualifiers at State De France in Paris.
Alyx is currently building her online business with the vision of setting up animal sanctuaries and saving animals from the meat and dairy industry whilst educating people on the horrors of the industry and what they are paying for.

A Homemade Meditation - Planting Seeds // Episode #3
Following on from last weeks episode I decided to record my own meditation for you, connecting you with planting your seeds (please do this when you have a quiet space to relax). I am very connected to nature and I think it is vital to spread good seeds and plant even better ones. A seed itself has everything it needs to grow into a flower or free, each seed grows a different plant, unique to its neighbour. If we relate this to our own life, what seeds are you currently growing and planting in your life? In order for a seed to grow it needs water and sunlight of course. What do you need in order for your seeds to grow? Self care? Self love? Meditation? Nature walks? Healthy foods? Without food and water a seed may perish, and we have to remember to nurture ourselves daily.
