Jeff & Harry welcome Colleen Younger, the PVA of Jefferson County, to the podcast. Colleen grew up in the NULU area before it was NULU, and was driven to become the first in her family to graduate from college. She found a sense of purpose serving her community, and eventually found her way in to real estate. She began with Keller Williams and her service based mindset quickly moved her into a team lead position. After moving and settling into a government role within the Jefferson County PVA Office, the administrator at the time decided to retire and requested that Colleen run for the position. Colleen ran in 2018, won, and has since been trying to transform the PVA, demystify it’s roles, and let the community know how the office can help all of it’s members.
