Every human being has a preferred mode of giving and receiving Love.  It's a tricky one for the Service Leader who must find a balance between the ability to be of service to others without expecting any gratitude, words of affirmation or reciprocity and the need to feel loved and valued not just as a Leader but even as a human being with emotional needs.  Today's episode sheds light on these issues and gives some practical scenarios on how Leaders can do better at working on their mindset to achieve a healthy mental state and positive thinking process while maintaining a good self-esteem. Let me know what you think about the suggested "Gist" segment.
