The therapy session continues with JRay complaining about woke virtue signaling in pro-sports and discusses his fears of the Name Image and Likeness (NIL) ruining college sports. Doctor Chip prescribes a heavy dose of on-line gambling to which Doctor Al does not concur.
The Barstool Buddies, Chip and Al, join Running From Office again to provide JRay some pro sports therapy. The guys reminisce (again) about things of yesteryear. What were their favorite pro sports memories growing up and what made pro sports so great back in the day? JRay has to rain on the parade with his sour takes on his ever increasing apathy towards pro sports. Were yesteryear's athletes cooler and more relatable than today? Are pro sports leagues too boring and sterile? Where did all the fun go?
We just celebrated the birth of a new nation and sewed the seeds for a new Republic form of government. What better time for Mayor(s) Bobby and Andrew join JRay to gavel in a discussion on what government does well, does poorly and is just plain awful at. The Three Mayors tell a few of their favorite campaign stories (including where JRay's wife encouraged him to fight a political opponent in the street) and take listeners through a discussion on how your government should and more importantly shouldn't work.
Drew returns to Running From Office to discuss with JRay the under the radar lessons from some Hollywood movies. Who would have thought The Full Monty or Back to School had political lessons that are more and more applicable to today's (in many ways) upside down world. Was Team America just an obscene puppet movie or is there something deeper? Did Sylvester Stallone know his cinematic masterpiece Demolition Man was prophecy?

The party continues with Al and Chip as they join JRay to discuss the downfall of Country Music and what makes current mainstream Country so bad. The discussion caries on late into the night as the three try to name current Country artists and also try (and fail) to put together the Mount Rushmore of Country Music. JRay throws in a little politics as always.
