Conversations About Living With Mental Health Illnesses: Recent Episodes

Abz & Sammy

Abz and Sammy are running a monthly podcast series to combat the mental health stigma in society.

We are talking to a range of brave and inspiring individuals who live with a wide range of different mental health illnesses.

This will be a platform to help show people that they are never alone, give different methods of coping mechanisms from people who first-hand live with different mental health illnesses, educate people about different mental health illnesses, to show people that labels are just labels and it does not mean they can hold you back from achieving, and will encourage people to speak out and get help when needed.

If you are struggling with your mental health or would like some support, please text Beyond to 85258 for free, 24/7 text support across the UK.

Trained volunteers will listen to how you’re feeling and help you think the next step towards feeling better.

From running this podcast, Abz and Sammy are raising vital funding for the mental health charity, Beyond, please click here:
