It’s Fir. The host for my independent podcast called The Fir Project. For the past year living as a young adult in a pandemic many aspects of my life have been turned over like a coin and these sides were never familiar to me. And I’m still on that journey for self discovery, self love and a lot of fuck its along the way. And that is the purpose of this podcast.
In The Fir Project, you’ll be on an adventure with me to explore matters that are close to us; child protection, mental health, arts, youth causes, self identity and many more. My podcasts will be conducted in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fridays are my posting days and I’ll be having guest speakers to join me on this podcasts as well. Trigger warning: a lot of profanities. Feel free to suggest topics to my Instagram account @firredzuan and let's create some magic together! Welcome.
Trigger Warning: This episode contains graphic references of child sexual abuse, sexual violence against LGBTQ community and religious sensitivities.

Let's talk more about this. You can find me on Instagram: @firredzuan .
How was your childhood? Are the memories of your past vivid or vague? How does thinking about those memories make you feel now? How are you now?
In Episode 2, Fir and Laven hit the rewind button and visited some old pages from the past.
Was it easy? No. Was it necessary? Heck yeah.
DM me at my Instagram @firredzuan for a chat on your childhoods if you don't have anyone to talk to about em.
Also, FIr apologises for the bad audio quality. She regrets using Anchor. Don't give up on her podcast (please).
Awakenings . Confrontations . Gratitude . Comfort
In Episode 1, Fir kickstarts her new journey with her best friend, Mu on this project. Both of them met in 2014 and 7 years down the road, they unravel the layers that they've built together as friends.
This episode is an adaptation of Youtube's 'The Skin Deep' channel. If you are struggling with your friendships, searching for some relatability, this might be for you.
A lot of laughters and as disclaimed, a lot of profanities too. Enjoy.
Let's connect on my Instagram, @firredzuan and let me know what you want from my podcast.
