Hi! I'm Angela Fantone, and I write poetry. In this podcast, I'll be reading and talking about some of the poems I've written over the years, conduct some live writing sessions, and give my thoughts on creative writing. Poetry is just a rough sketch of a language I'm still learning.
This is another random poem I wrote that not only celebrates this beautiful, traditional art form but also celebrates the art of imperfection and embracing it. "Origami" is part of my debut poetry chapbook entitled "Purple Ink: A Poetry Collection". It's available for purchase on Amazon and Kindle in both paperback and ebook formats.
"Purple Ink: A Poetry Collection" can be found on Amazon right here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XN7PVBB/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_taft_p1_i3?fbclid=IwAR2rsIzkp4yRv-4mLtu03ByMLaFf2oqq_wwYbELdfaycA0W64kcFQqqq2Ok

This is the first poem I've written that was published in a literary magazine. I also consider it to be my most random and most ironic poem to date. Tune in to find out why.
