Old and New Testaments scripture gives us clear instructions on how to behave. Since we love God, we seek to follow those instructions. Due to carnal thinking, however, we presuppose more is better and unintentionally add additional requirements to obeying these instructions than what Father intended. Many well meaning leaders have established doctrines that are based on biblical truth for living holy, but result in legalism because of this carnal pursuit to please God. As a byproduct, some people have under valued Father's call to holiness and sanctification. As a result, they are dealing with some unnecessary hardships because they unknowingly disregarded principles Father established for living fruitful lives.
In this teaching, Rod and Natacha will share how God has lead them to overcome the trap of legalism when seeking to live holy and sanctified. Each of them have unique stories which caused them to open their hearts to the Lord in order for him to lead them in this path. Their teaching will be based on their personal experiences obeying and disobeying God, raising their children to live devoted to the Lord and from years of studying the scripture, holiness and sanctification.

Cory explains what it means to be a Vessel of Honor. This is not always a pretty process. Gary’s Interpretation of Matthew 7:21-23Gary unpacks who he believes Jesus was referring to when he said there would be those who say "Lord, Lord" that he will say "depart from me, for I never knew you." This important topic is a much needed caution about operating in the authority of Jesus and knowing Him verses those who appear to operate in signs and wonders but are inwardly full of corruption. Gary believes (Matthew 12:26) is a clear statement that nonbelievers do not carry the authority in which believers carry. Because of the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the works of the cross. When the disciples were mad about the man casting out demons using Jesus’ name, but Jesus told them to let the man anyway (Mark 9:39). I believe that this really doesn’t apply because of the blood sacrifice.

I felt a strong urgency to release this episode a little early. The body of Christ will be put through the wine press during the last parts of the season. God is going to pour out His spirit on those that have strong convictions and persevere through them. We will be giving a little bit of a teaching along with the words that have been placed on my heart. This will be a time of expectancy, but a very strong urgency to be in preparations for the refining process that is going to enter your lives. This episode is meant to be encouraging.

I will be discussing some things I have learned from a book called "Left to Tell" which is a book about the Rwandan Holocaust. It is a book about how a woman (Immaculée libagiza) survived as her relationship with Jesus Christ grew. I will also be incorporating some of these things with a great divide that seems to be occurring in the nation (let alone the world) and how we must not subject ourselves to secular mindsets and get sucked into this same trap.
The second half of this episode will be a few words that the Father has given to me almost a month ago. These are encouraging words, but also a sign that we must march forward as soldiers in battle (as in Ephesians 6).
