In this episode, we have invited Dr Jayshree Seth (3M's Chief Science Advocate and Corporate Scientist) to share with us her journey in 3M (28 years and counting) and her discovery in the love of science. With over 70+ patents, Dr Jayshree loves to solve problems and encourages others to find innovative solutions to obstacles faced in our daily lives.
She is passionate about advocating for science, and had written a book compiling her insights, advice and articles about STEM. The book proceeds would go on to fund scholarships for underrepresented minority women in STEM.
