The Art Of... unveils the masterpiece that results from taking action for your own healing.

It upholds that by embracing our pain, worry, and the external world we can heal and create the life we want for ourselves. It invites in our messiness, and frankly, our humanity to highlight that our setbacks are cosmic setups for our ultimate ascension… if we choose to see them as such.

Your host, Lea Fisher, trauma survivor who emerged to become a multi-awarded Reflectionist artist, guides her listeners to unlock their creative capacity and design a life of holistic wellness. She holds space for shame-reducing conversations while promoting radical self-acceptance through honest and frank dialogue. As a Healing Curator, Lea also provides her audience with the raw materials they need to activate their self-healing.

Today Lea chats with friend and my former therapist, Ashley Berges, nationally syndicated radio show personality, author of The 10 Day Challenge to Live Your True Life, host of The Celebrity Perspective on Amazon Prime, Speaker, mentor, and Live Your True Life Coach.

Ashley has dedicated her life to search and discover ways of helping people overcome toxic relationships, to help them to understand how they accepted and entered into the toxic relationship, why the red flags were overlooked, and how to create and manifest true conscious decisions to augment old programming and create a new way of life. You don’t have to settle with negativity and that which doesn’t bring you joy, you don’t have to settle for manipulation, gaslighting, being made to feel bad about yourself, being told how bad you are and the guilt and shame you carry by dealing with this day in and day out. You can choose a different way of life, you can live true to yourself and you can let go of outdated teachings, toxic cycles and patterns, and all ways of life that no longer serve you. Ashley is here to help you live your true life, your authentic life, the life you are meant to live.

“HOLY SHIT!” is what Suzy Batiz, the founder of Poo~Pourri and supernatural, says while reflecting on her journey of liberation from a lifetime of oppression, convention and conformity using radical transformational and pattern-breaking thinking.

Transformation is the common thread that runs throughout Suzy’s life and her companies. Whether transforming literal shit into a pleasant-smelling experience with Poo~Pourri, the household cleaning industry from toxicity to aromatherapeutic magic with supernatural or people’s lives with her growing personal brand, Suzy is a revolutionary explorer of infinite potential in the playground of life, who loves to inspire others and bring them along for the ride.

Suzy experienced some of life’s lowest lows — poverty, sexual and domestic abuse, depression, two bankruptcies and a suicide attempt — which led to what she calls the luxury of losing everything. After harnessing the power of intuition, her journey led her to building her businesses from the ground up without ever taking a dollar of outside investment. Suzy harnessed the power of true transformation and turned ALIVE IDEAS into a $500+ million empire.

Suzy has been featured by leading publications including Forbes, CNBC, Fast Company and Entrepreneur. She has been named one of Forbes’ Richest Self-Made Women in America (2019), EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year (2017), Conscious Company’s World Changing Women (2019), EarthX’s Community Leader of the Year (2019) and is WBENC (Women Owned) certified business owner. Suzy has also been interviewed for Leaders Create Leaders, Modern Hero, Marie Forleo’s Marie TV and has given presentations for Conscious Capitalism, Google, HustleCon, SXSW, Create & Cultivate & the In goop Health summit.
