I’m back y’all back again on the pod for today’s episode I explained and talked about all the positive and negative experiences I had while serving my mission in Riverside, California and I also explained the big question which was why I came home early after only two months of serving. I just want to take this moment that even though I only served for two months, I would not trade that two months for anything else in my life. My mission was the most amazing experience of my life and I will encourage everybody who listens to this episode to go and pursue their mission, and no matter how long it lasts go pursue it. I love you all it’s good to be back.
Today’s episode is my official farewell message we are “Smeltz’s Personal Podcast” is taking a temporary break for two years. I wanted to say one last goodbye to you guys before I start my new life as a missionary, serving in the California Riverside mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day Saints. I just want to take a minute to say I love you guys so much I appreciate the support you guys have given me through this podcast journey. Smeltz will return in September of 2025. I love you all. See y’all in 2 years.
I’m today’s Episode I brought on one of my longtime Best Friends Hannah and we both basically kinda talked about how we expect/Want our Futures to look like. In today’s episode, I brought back my DECA friends, Aiden and Draven, and we kind of went into depth about where we see ourselves in the next couple years. Like with our future we talked about things like for me, preparing for my mission, and then Aiden and Draven preparing to graduate from high school. In today’s episode just to cut it short, I brought on my two best friends, Caleb and Christian and we basically gave an official high school reflection on the last four years of high school in honor of school starting up for people, and also to celebrate the fact that we never have to go to high school again hope you guys enjoy
In today’s episode, I decided to come on here for a another solo episode to talk about my experiences both at the UFC 278 pay-per-view and UFC 291 pay-per-view both experienced in the same city which was Salt Lake City UTAH so glad that I got this amazing opportunity to enjoy such a thing like the UFC ever since I was 12 I’ve always been a fan of the UFC so I’m glad that I got to experience these two amazing pay-per-views both in Salt Lake City Utah. In today’s episode, I travel to Layton Utah to meet up with my guest. Ashton and I kinda gave our insights and kind of talked about how we are preparing to serve our missions. Ashton is serving his mission in San Jose California while I am serving my mission in Riverside, California. In today’s episode, I brought on my cousin Tyler and I asked him to give me his story from when he was a track athlete in high school, and his transition from high school to college Tyler told us a story on how he transferred from track in high school to track and college all the hardships he faced while running track. He also gave advice to any athlete out there on how to keep moving forward despite the fact that sometimes things that when you’re involved in a sport, and things don’t go your way you just keep moving forward. In today’s episode, I did another solo episode where it’s just me where I hit another very sensitive topic I talked about dealing with failures and confronting negativity. Such as negative relationships/friendships. Also dealing with adversities and hardships and how you can continue moving forward despite the failures and negative things that happen all around us in life. In today’s episode, it is another solo episode where I decide to come on here and talk to you guys about the importance not only to fellow, young men and young women, but also the importance to me about missionary work and including I also read my mission call that I received on June 6, 2023. I’m super excited to serve my mission. Stay tuned for where I go to because I actually revealed the place I got called and when I leave on my mission I also bore my testimony of missionary work. In today’s episode, I think this is one of the most personal episodes I’ve ever done on this podcast today. I talked about all the personal adversities I faced while I was in high school, and just in my life in general like I also talked about the lessons that I’ve learned through these adversities, and how I overcame these adversities, and if I could give you guys advice about anything if you’re going through a hard time, you’re not alone, we all go through hard times at some point in our life and the one thing I can say, is adversity is preparation for greatness so you’re adversities can actually make you stronger and I really hope you guys enjoy this episode.
