We have finally made it into the New Testament where things might start looking a little more familiar! But have we misunderstood Paul's priorities? What does he actually say about the afterlife? What's up with the rapture fever?!
A church in Texas is having a massive Christmas show that will be seen by more than 75,000 people. The internet, like usual, got ahold of some of the practice footage and had it's way! In response, the church made a statement to a local news network that made my eye twitch when I heard it. Again, FEEL FREE TO DISAGREE!

Bible Studies, Sunday School Classes, Home Groups. Being apart of just about every type of "Study" or "Group" over the years, I have seen a common theme. We turn it into an opinion convention or therapy session and forego the actual reason we are there...... growth and maturity of the Body of Christ by the truths from SCRIPTURE.

Sitting in church over the years I came to a realization that I had no idea what a lot of the words being thrown around really meant. This series is an attempt to understand some of the most foundational words in Christianity and to correct any misunderstandings along the way.
