Before joining the cleaning industry, she was a partner in over 30 top-performing franchise restaurant locations. Jeannie Cleaning was recognized as a “Top 3 Partner” in 2021 by Cleaning for a Reason for providing free cleaning to cancer patients.

Jeannie is the Chairperson of the ISSA Residential Cleaning Council of North America and was a 2021 ISSA Cleaning Innovation Awards Judge. She advocates for local businesses as a board member of Buy Local Kalamazoo. She is a Business Coach and is driven to help business leaders live a life of abundance.

A published author in a multi-book collaboration whose proceeds go to a nonprofit that supports veterans, and she is also working on another independent book all about inclusion. She has spent 20 years in the federal government doing acquisition and construction services and contracting as well as leading troops.

She recently started her own consulting firm to continue to find new ways to provide value to the world across the spectrum of government contracts, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and leadership development.

He knows just how important these connections to a community matter as he battled his Livyana journey of obesity and saw his brother Livyana's journey in learning how to adapt to being a type 1 diabetic, just to name a few.

In this episode, he interviewed Tia Cristy, a Tips Expert to the world through podcasts, and television, and is also a proud speaker of TEDx. She is also a Presentation Coach for executive clients looking for help in voice, speech, memorization, and confidence in public speaking and presentations.

Tia is a content and ghostwriter who has been under the umbrella of writing her entire life. She created TipsfromTia.com in 2012 when suffering from a unique condition, Mold Toxicity Poisoning, after moving into a new house. The situation caused an array of horrific symptoms, including severe brain fog. Tia had always had a gift of knowing tips that could help others with things, like getting a stain out of this or how to naturally take care of that. So, when the brain fog started to affect her everyday lifestyle, Tia began to post the tips, hoping it would help preserve her memory. In the process, Tia resumed education by getting her Boards in Nutrition, granting her the title, Tips Expert.
