EP73 - recently, i have felt that my decisions and how i am living my life has been overly influenced by others and what i think i should do rather than what i actually want. this episode is what you need to hear if you feel the same. we need to prioritise setting boundaries, tuning into what it is we want and learning to communicate effectively so we can navigate situations that impact ourselves and others productively. your life isn't yours if you constantly care what others think. hope this helps, lotsa love as always xoxo

EP72 - wow i have been so busy lately and i won't lie i have been struggling quite a bit. in general, i have felt overwhelmed and my creativity has felt stifled so i have opened up to people, reflected on my thoughts and behaviours, and have taken action. these actions have helped me so much in the past week or so, so i wanted to share them with you in the hopes that they will help you if you relate. reminder: you are enough, you are doing amazingly and it is okay to feel a little lost or overwhelmed at times, you are growing, learning and allowing yourself to become stronger. lotsa love as always xoxo

EP71 - there's definitely some new people here so i thought i would do a q&a to get to know me a little better. in this episode, i cover my childhood growing up in 17 different homes, my parents' separation and my dad passing away. you also wanted to know if I had any regrets within my relationships, my recovery journey and my career. there is a lot in this episode and it is quite random but i loved sharing this with you and really hope you enjoy it nonetheless. lotsa love as always xoxo

EP70 - whoever said communication is key knew what they were talking about. in this episode, i catch you guys up on my life recently and talk all things communication. the power that intentional and effective communication has is honestly life changing. whether this is with your family, your friends, your boyfriend, your girlfriend or with strangers. how you speak, react and use your verbal and non-verbal language impacts everything. it's an ongoing journey with constant lessons but we are learning together and always making progress. lotsa love as always xoxo

EP69 - so i did an event at the weekend with a q&a and thought it would be useful to share some of the answers i gave there. in this episode, i talk a lot about what i have learnt in terms of coping mechanisms for different stresses and challenges that often come along in life. whether that is waking up with anxiety, feeling frustrated towards a loved one or friend or comparing yourself to other people. whilst we have to accept that this will happen throughout life, we can become better at managing our reaction towards it and how we deal with it, that's the part that really matters. i hope you guys can relate and take something from this, lotsa love as always xoxo

EP68 - we are constantly evolving and there is such beauty in that. we have an opportunity each day to make subtle changes to become who we want to be and achieve the goals we have set ourselves. coming back from Australia, there are a lot of small habits i want to prioritise maintaining and building upon, such as being more organised, cooking meals myself to fuel my body properly, improving my sleep pattern and more. maybe this can inspire some new habits for you or provide some motivation to dedicate yourself to creating habits that benefit your personal goals...lotsa love as always xoxo

EP67 - have you ever considered that the answer to your problems doesn't lie in losing weight and that it could be in healing the relationship you have with your body? i know from experience that your happiness and opportunities do not come from dieting and exercising to the point where you achieve a 'dream body'. your physical appearance cannot and will not resolve the issues you have that are related to your mental or emotional wellbeing. this episode is all about breaking down those bad body image days, how to deal with them and how to be kind to yourself because you are enough just as you are. let's focus on shifting that negative and unproductive mindset rather than numbers on the scales this year. lotsa love as always xoxo

EP66 - we are officially on the countdown to christmas which can mean different things for everyone. excitement, anxiety, nerves, apprehension, overwhelm, whatever you're feeling, it's valid. in this episode, i wanted to chat about my feelings towards the festive period and also address some of your questions and dilemmas about challenges you face during this time. whether you're fearful about food and indulging during this time, unsure on how to prioritise rest, worrying about particular family dynamics, dealing with grief or stressing about the concept of a fresh start in January, this episode will hopefully help you to navigate the festive period whether you celebrate or not. i know it can be an incredibly difficult time for some of us but please remind yourself that it is just a few days and you are allowed to make it exactly what you need and want it to be. sending lotsa love as always xoxo

EP65 - rest days, running, progressive overload, nutrition, supplements, weight loss, muscle mass, electrolytes, the list goes on. the world of health and fitness is a crazy one, it can be so confusing and it's easy to lose your way. in this episode, i talk through my mistakes, mindsets and tips on how to make fitness work for you in a sustainable way as well as how to prioritise LOVING it. this is a great episode to listen to ahead of the new year so you're in the right frame of mind and prioritising health in 2024. let me know what you think, lotsa love as always xoxo

EP63 - procrastination, comparison, planning your rest, making mistakes and accepting failure as part of the journey...it's all in this episode. i know this time of year is stressful in work and with exams/assignments at school but let me be the voice to remind you that you are enough, you are trying your hardest and you need to continue to be kind to yourself even when under a lot of pressure. these periods of our lives and how we handle these stressors teach us a lot of valuable information about ourselves and give us tools to navigate our lives, don't underestimate the growth you are currently experiencing. i really hope you guys enjoy this one (these topics were HIGHLY requested), lotsa love as always xxx

EP56 - i've been pretty good at trying new thing recently and it's made me realise how much growth comes from it. we need to learn to be okay with being uncomfortable, imperfect and in a period of growth. i truly think this mindset can change your life, lotsa love as always xxx

EP54 - in this episode, i talk all about a recent chat with a friend and the realisations that came from it. from understanding that you need to show up and feel proud of yourself first to inspiring others through your actions to expressing your true self, this is something we all need to think about and hear. I really hope you enjoy this one, I loved speaking about it, lotsa love as always xxx

EP53 - your coping mechanisms are allowed to change, your boundaries are a key responsibility and you are allowed to want better communication. I am back with another episode after an unexpected break (life just got super busy guys, I missed you) but that break meant I have so many new realisations and mindset shifts that I want to unpack with you guys. I would love to know if and how any of this resonates with you. Lotsa love as always xxx

EP52 - hey guys! in this episode, i share the ways i feel like i have levelled up recently and how we have to let go of the past in order to do so. i have overcome a lot of mental hurdles recently when it comes to my confidence, embracing my femininity and trying new things. i think there is a lot we can all relate to here, we need to push ourselves forward rather than hold ourselves back because of old beliefs and ways of thinking <3 lotsa love x

EP51 - hey guys! ran out of time to record a long episode this week but didn't want to miss the chance to speak to you. i have been struggling with not feeling good enough lately and realised that a lot of this comes from that little critic in my brain so i am prioritising positive and kind self-talk. this includes managing my reactions to situations, telling myself i am capable and can do hard things and just overall cutting myself some slack. i hope this is useful, please let me know if you relate at all <3 lotsa love x

EP50 - welcome back guys! this is officially season 3 after my break because I have been here, there and everywhere so it's a long one. To get back into it, I just wanted to brain dump about what has been going on with me and how I hope some of you may relate. From amazing opportunities to dealing with low points to navigating relationships in my life to my journey as a creator, I am not sure if I left anything unsaid haha! Enjoy! Lotsa love xxx

EP49 - there's no set track in life, it's not an all or nothing thing. we need to allow for unexpected plans, new opportunities, challenges we may face and life in general. if we put this unnecessary pressure on ourselves to eat the perfect diet, smash our precisely planned workout or complete every single thing we said we would do each day, we will simply burn out and struggle to find the joy and balance we deserve. i am not saying that discipline isn't necessary at times but i have been learning the beauty of being kind to myself and being free from a set 'track'. enjoy and lotsa love as always xxx

EP48 - speaking to my gym crush for the first time?! struggling with balance now it is summer?! how i put men in their place?! it's alllllll covered in this episode. it is a big old realisation round up with the general theme being that we are not perfect, that is absolutely okay and learning through error is actually a pretty great way to live life and notice growth. i am sure you will relate to some or all of what i speak about in some way and hope that it provides a level of comfort or maybe even a new perspective. enjoy and lotsa love as always xxx

EP47 - this summer is not about looking perfect, having the best tan or being on top of every single part of our life. this summer is about fun, making memories, allowing ourselves the opportunity to grow and accepting ourselves exactly as we are. i talk fast in this episode and it's honestly because the realisation that summer is allowed to be a time where i enjoy myself and embrace it rather than spend my time worrying about how i look and what others think. i hope it gets you excited and in the same mindset, lotsa love as always xx

EP46 - this is a big catch up episode. I slowed down a bit this week (compared to last week) which gave me time to realise how far I have come. This podcast is growing and it fills me with so much gratitude, I attended a number of events recently which taught me a lot about myself, but I am also learning more about the areas I think I can improve on such as acting on my intuition and implementing old habits in a new healthier way compared to my past. Lotsa love as always, enjoy! x

EP45 - you need boundaries to protect yourself but you also need to understand the power within you to exceed your own limits and the expectations of others. when we prioritise ourself by taking action based on a boundary we have in place, we are actively choosing ourself and putting ourselves in a position to thrive and reach our full potential. this episode is alllll about how i have realised this recently, why i am no longer a fan of the word 'productivity' and some of the lessons i am unlearning surrounding balance. also, happy 1 year to inside anna's mind!! lotsa love as always, enjoy! x

EP44 - stop working against yourself and start working with yourself. that's what i needed to hear this week. our brains are quirky, unique and work in weird and wonderful ways, rather than changing them, let's work to understand them and appreciate them. there is so much growth and joy to come from understanding ourselves and the way our minds work. for me, i have had so many realisations recently about learning to not fear my thoughts, understanding my attachment style and so much more. i hope you enjoy and this encourages you to reflect and tune into your mind. lotsa love as always x

EP43 - this episode is like one big voice note from me to you. exam season is scary, hard and exhausting but i know you can do it. in this episode, i talk about how I have learnt to cope with exams and stress, my advice for balancing your priorities and looking after yourself during this time and so much more. you guys asked the questions so i really do hope it helps. enjoy, lotsa love as always x

EP42 - so you're bored of your old gym routine? so you're fed up of not having enough social plans? so you're falling back into hold habits and you don't want to? guess what, we can make proactive changes to our lifestyle and goals to counteract it. it's all a learning process with yourself and something i am investing a lot of time into recently. focus on the stuff that heals you, feeds your energy, brings your happiness and changes your life in the best way. hope you enjoy, lotsa love as always x

EP41 - let's catch tf up, it's been a while. i had a lot going on in the past few weeks which meant i took a little break but it also meant i learnt a lot and have so much to share. in this episode, i talk all about how beneficial it is to properly process your emotions and hit pause on life sometimes to come back stronger. i also talk about how the challenges we are thrown are the opportunities we are given to test our strength and be confronted with things we can learn and draw value from. this honestly felt like a phone call to a bestie and i hope you enjoy. lotsa love as always x

EP40 - this episode could transform your sleep. even if you think you're a good sleeper, you will still learn something about how to make it even better. i have been doing my research and putting it into practice so now it's time to share all of my tips and the changes i have made to get better sleep. getting quality sleep is such a powerful and important thing, just like food and exercise, it will make you a better version of yourself. i hope you like this episode, lotsa love as always xxx

EP39 - feeling overwhelmed is so normal and it happens to everyone. i have been feeling it this past couple of weeks and made note of some of the things that have helped me to combat it and realisations i have had about stress and finding balance. you are always doing your best and you are amazing, hope this helps. lotsa love as always xxx

EP37 - confidence is an incredible thing that we can always do with more of. in this episode, i talk all about of the mindsets and actions that make me more confident and allow me to put myself first. i genuinely believe that life gets better the second you do everything with the confidence you wish you had, it's all about perspective. as always, lotsa love, you got this xxx

EP36 - i feel like this is the episode you have all been waiting for. it's a good one. i am breaking down every single tip and piece of advice i can think of when it comes to getting through and recovering from an eating disorder. this includes mindsets, actions and navigating different emotions throughout your journey, from stopping body checking to learning to exercise in a healthy way to finally being free from dieting and calorie counting. please understand that your journey through a problematic relationship with food, exercise and your body will look different to mine and anyone else's, it doesn't mean it is is any less important or valid. as always, lotsa love and happy listening xx

EP33 - this one was a hard one to record but such an important topic. you have complete power over your body and your voice is a tool you can use to protect it. this episode is a reminder for me and all of you that when it comes to sex and relationships, we cannot let the needs of others come between our needs and the relationship we have with our body. lotsa love as always xxx

EP25 - i share my thoughts on hustle culture and why it's just not for me anymore. i am living for ME, always, and you should too. i mean this in every sense, i will not compare myself, i will not let other's opinions stop me from feeling empowered, i will act how i want to act even if it isn't the norm and as long as i'm not hurting anyone then that is exactly what i should be doing. please stop living your lives in a way that you think will make you seem cool, look good, fit in, be successful and just start living in the way that makes you so happy you could burst, life is too short. lots of love as always x

EP24 - news flash: you don't have to wait for January to start those new habits and make those changes you've been wanting to make. we don't need to cruise until the end of the year if we don't want to and if we start building those new routines now, we can ignore the pressure that comes with January and the new year as we will have already found our flow. i'm talking through my realisations recently and the new things i will slowly be adding into my life and treating as priorities. tell me about your realisations and new habits over on @insideannasmindpodcast and let's make November our new January together <3

EP23 - wooowwwww, i have come SO far, this is the podcast episode i wish i could have listened to a year ago. i recently went to the gymshark store opening and the whole weekend was eye-opening and made me realise how much growth i had experienced. in this episode, i hype myself and you guys up, telling you about what i have learnt and why i think we should be proud of ourselves, even when it's for the little things. so much love as always <3

EP22 - hello everyone! this is a bit of a different one for me, usually i like to talk about things that i have worked through and share my wisdom but i want to start talking about stuff i am currently working through (this can definitely be a little series we do within the podcast if you guys like it). currently, after working on myself and taking a lot of much needed time alone, i am finding that i am craving more female friendships. i think finding your people in your 20s outside of school/uni is actually super difficult and i want you guys to know that you're not alone if you relate. in this episode, i talk through my history with friendships, the struggle i am having at the moment and things i am going to try that you can try to! let me know what you think, would love feedback <3

EP21 - hey guys, happy tuesday! i hope your week is off to a good start. i have recently moved back in with my mum temporarily and it has led me to re-enter a lot of old environments and situations and this can be so mentally triggering. however, i am focusing on how much growth i have experienced, the new mindsets i have and how my perspective has shifted, and i am using this as a tool to navigate life at the moment. this involves so much reflection and self-awareness which i think makes it easy to resent people around us and old versions of ourselves but we can reflect without that negativity and look to take the positives out of it. i hope you enjoy, so much love <3

EP20 - hey guys! i think i am finally finding my voice, learning to assert authority when needed and knowing when to say no AND IT IS SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART OF LIFE, i cannot express that enough. i've been going through some situations that have tested me recently and i have had to rely on myself to be an advocate for what i truly want and support myself and it can be hard, it's a real journey. one area of my life that this is especially true is going on nights out and drinking, as someone who struggles with how alcohol affects my mental health, i find the pressure to drink challenging to navigate and want to talk about it. i hope others relate or can learn to empathise after listening to this, love to you all as always <3

EP17 - i'm backkkkk, i had a little break from the pod just whilst i was processing some stuff but i am so excited to be doing this again! i wanted to talk through some of my recent mindsets and realisations with a focus on why and how bad days can be good for us. we can't be happy all the time, we can't be productive all the time, we can't be perfect but we can always be learning, whether it's about the world, ourselves or others, and i think there is a real beauty in that. i hope you guys can gain something from this and start to appreciate your bad days for more than just being 'a bad day'. lots of love as always x

EP16 - relationships are hard sometimes! whether it's a relative, boyfriend, girlfriend, bestie or even at work, they take time and effort. something i have struggled with, and i know some of you have too, is remaining authentic within them and reminding myself of what i truly want and need rather than altering my life to please others. in this episode, i get real about my relationships, the things i have learnt and share my advice on dealing with jealousy, communicating boundaries and navigating self-growth with another person. enjoy! x

EP15 - hey guys! it's nearly september which can mean a lot of change which can obviously be scary and unnerving OR it can be seen as endless possibilities and a chance to get excited about all the opportunities available to you. i talk about making new friends, learning to accept the end of a previous chapter, learning to unlearn previous mindsets when returning to old environments and so much more, i think there is a lot of useful info and value in this episode. remember that you are enough and you can do this, whether it's a new school year, a new job or a huge change in your life like starting uni or going travelling. lots of love x

EP14 - hey guys, i hope you are all good! in this episode, i talk about a topic that is highly requested and that is my eating disorder recovery. i'm not going to lie and say it is an easy thing to go through but i want to create a safe space for you in this episode and show you that it is possible. i hope this sheds some light on areas where you have questions such as how to overcome intrusive thoughts, learning to love your post-recovery body and understanding the mindsets that contribute to negative behaviour patterns. i really hope this is useful but if at any point you feel as though it is all overwhelming and you're not in the right headspace to listen, hit pause and come back another day when it makes sense for you. sending so much love always x

EP13 - journalling is different for everyone and there is no right way to do it. in this episode, i give you a glimpse into mine and how i used it as a tool in my life. i share how my mindsets have changed over time regarding food and using it as fuel rather than a distraction, learning to overcome internal pressures and how striving to feel emotions is more important than seeking constant happiness. i hope this gives you an insight into my problems and how i have or am trying to overcome them and you can apply them to your life and maybe introduce journalling into your routine. as always, lots of love x

EP12 - wow, have i been on a journey with productivity. we are so easily led to believe that productivity means being constantly busy and using every single minute of our day to the fullest extent, but that can be so toxic and send us on a one way trip to burnout. in this episode, i wanted to talk you through my experience with productivity and all the phases i have been through with it, from non-stop hustle to doing absolutely nothing the entire day. by sharing what i have learnt, i hope you guys can understand more about finding balance as well as a healthy and positive form of productivity. as always, i would love to hear your feedback over on @insideannasmind on instagram, lots of love x

EP11 - You're only the main character in your story so why not make it a good one? Something I used to struggle with that I have worked hard to improve is living selfishly, in a way that isn't shaped by those around me. We develop a real need to please everyone, from parents to friends to society, and it just isn't possible to do that. I want this episode to give you that push to start doing things, saying things and making decisions for you and choosing your happiness. Make today the first day of the journey to becoming authentically you and knowing that that is enough.

EP10 - Learning to be self-aware is easier said than done, you may be in tune with your thoughts, feelings and behaviour in one scenario but completely out of touch in another. In this episode, I asked you guys for some questions via instagram about self-awareness and chatted through them, covering topics like why I stopped posting 'what I eat in a day' videos to maintaining your boundaries in relationships to living for ourselves rather than male validation. This format was really fun to do and I definitely want to do another q&a style episode in the future so make sure to follow the instagram to get involved @insideannasmindpodcast.

EP9 - We are all victims of comparison, poor self-esteem and low self-worth because of apps like tiktok where we are endlessly scrolling through a catalogue of seemingly perfect strangers. In this episode, I wanted to tell you that you are not alone in feeling lost and insecure in the world of social media as I try to shed some light on why and how we can work to make these apps a more positive experience for ourselves and those around us. I also discuss my time on tiktok, why I left and my journey to coming back. Whilst tiktok has been a negative space for me in the past, I am coming back with a new mindset and attitude that I want to share with you all. I hope you enjoy and that this is helpful x

EP8 - Highly sensitive people can often be misunderstood and told they are overly emotional. I discuss my experiences growing up and how that continues to affect me now in my adult life, from my relationship with my mum, sister and boyfriend to how it influenced my eating disorder and can hinder my productivity. It's important that we learn to treat ourselves with a level of care and appreciate the positive parts of our personalities that we have as a result of inherently feeling things in a more intense way. Whilst you may or may not be a highly sensitive person, this episode will teach you more about it and allow you to reflect how this impacts you personally or indirectly through someone in your life.

It helps you learn more about yourself. I am constantly trying to learn and reflect how my past experiences have shaped me to be the person I am today. There is a reason why we struggle with our mental health and it always goes back to childhood. So before I talk about my experiences with eating disorders and depression to being financially successful at 20, let's dive deep into my past.
