The 3 lads are back to analyse some interesting tid bits from the Mexican GP and discuss the dramas that have been happening between drivers, teams and the FIA. Steven has some great stories and links to the past and the best bit: With the 3 lads reunited at last, segments beat the boss and down the mousehole are back to the delight of many. Final predictions also occur for the next couple of races.
Steven and Ruari recap the United States Grand Prix, where Red Bull won this year's Constructors' Championship. They also take a look at the battles playing out across the grid, most of which will be decided in the final three races of the year. Later on they discuss one of the sport's biggest off-track stories: allegations that Red Bull breached the 2021 cost cap.
Josh and Steve go through the many talking points that resulted from a exciting and controversial Japanese GP. Some great highlights and moments from drivers across the grid. Heaps happening outside of the race too from changes in the driver seats to FIA investigations that result in a fair amount of conjecture. Safety once again came into the discussions in a massive way, after scary events reflected a tragic event from a few years ago.
The 3 Prix's less Steven deliver a great filler episode filled with updates, discussions and predictions on the driver line ups. Ruari tells some crazy moments from F1 in the past. Josh goes through the surprisingly brief history of Haas and where they could go from here. The lads close off with their top 3 teams they'd root for in any given race and why.
After a lengthy break Josh and Ruari are back to analyse the latest race. There's plenty to cover around the various performances and future speculation for the drivers. Banter is had throughout and the lads also offer some opinions on the state of F1 at the moment.
The lads try desperately to explain F1 to their girlfriends and convince them to get more into the sport. We ask the girls to rate the drivers in terms of hotness and they have some definite favorites. The girls also ask questions about F1 which spark some interesting/off topic discussion. The lads also discuss the latest news about Alonso, Piastri, Riccardo and Vettel.,

A very unpredictable Hungary GP with more nightmares for Ferrari, a stunning drive from Maximilian and the ever-increasing performances from the two Mercedes drivers. The lads cover the huge announcements from Aston Martin- Vettel's retirement and Alonso's 2023 transfer.
