"The safe channel for your soul"

This channel, we talk about feelings, childhood, trauma and how all of these things shape our lives. We talk, process, go through, and heal our emotional wounds together.

I have a lot of trauma that I have healed from and some that I am still working through. But the point is so that you won't have to go through what I went through and for no where near as long as I did. I provide the tools that helped me get through effectively. I'm here to speak to your soul and give it what it needs :)

Hey y'all, today we get into a little bit of real life encouragement because times are getting hard. We battle with depression, anxiety, and other ailments on top of what life has been dishing a lot of people lately. The first part of the episode is encouraging you to keep moving in your situation no matter how bad it is. If you keep moving, you have a better chance at eventually being in a better situation. But if you decide to stay where you are, you will stay in the same situation. The choice is yours.

In the second half, I get into embracing the weirdest parts of you. Embrace and accept that you are different instead of hating and wanting to change it. There are certain traits that we have that can't be changed. So let's love on ourselves. Life is easier that way.

If you enjoy listing, please subscribe! I would greatly appreciate it.

In this episode, I talk boundaries in the sense of answering questions: What is a boundary? How to know when to set them and with who to set them with? How it feels when you set them and tools that aid in your boundary setting journey.

This episode I get a little more personal with my own experiences about beating myself up for how I responded to my trauma.

I think that a lot of people that didn't do the typical fight or flight response feel the same way.

I just wanted to encourage people who are like me, who's thoughts make them feel stupid or less than for how they reacted to their trauma.

I know too well how that feels.

Please like, comment, subscribe and share.

And then at the end we let loose from trauma and look into random reddit threads.

I hope you enjoyed!

Hey y'all, today we're snatching edges. I go into why your own brain is sabotaging you and how to fix that. What goes on in your mind really becomes your reality. We really don't notice that we can be sabotaging ourselves until life passes us by and we look back to analyze a life of regrets.

A lot of us think  negatively 24/7 but expect a life of positivity. It doesn't workout like that. Tune in to hear me out and learn how to train your brain to seek positives in any situation so you can get your life on track.

- Then we let loose with our Reddit Topics: What is a little known fact that can save you from a life-threatening situation?  Parents, what is the best "weird flex but ok" moment you've seen from your child?

Today I talk about how it is important to:

Love yourself instead of loving the thought of other people loving you and why/how it can be a dangerous game. It's something that we don't even realize is happening. I give examples from experience to help listeners recognize their ways if they are in the same shoes that I once was. I tell how it turns out in relationships and I also give solutions.

Reddit Topics for when we let loose:

What is the funniest/most creative pick up line a girl used on you?

What did a fictional character say that stuck with you?  I hope you enjoy and if you did, subscribe, like and share this video.

Today we talk about dispelling the notion of never quitting because it can be misleading. We jump into personal details, tell tale signs that something may not be a great fit for you, how it is okay to pivot and knowing what is and isn't worth the sacrifice for YOU. We are releasing the societal pressure to never quit because it's so broad of a statement that it doesn't apply to everyone in every instance.

Then we let loose with our Reddit Topics: What are some ridiculous history facts & What's the weirdest thing you've done with your SO?

Thank you for watching.  I hope you enjoy! If you did, rate and subscribe to this channel! It would be greatly appreciated!

Today we are snatching edges! I get real with what our subconscious mind is thinking when we come to certain revelations and how we try to unintentionally change people thinking it would help in our healing when it doesn’t. I explain my struggles and processes with this topic and keep it real, open and honest.

We then let loose and get into Reddit topics: 1) When it comes to relationships, what’s the hardest lesson you’ve had to learn? AND 2) What’s a “fun fact” that nobody asked for?

Today we talk about how most people think that they need closure in order to move on with their lives and how it's simply not true. I go through several reasons why you don't need closure and even how you can move on. The tips are very simple.

Then we "let loose" and have two topics(below):

1) What's the thing you wish the opposite gender would stop doing?

2)People who have been catfished, how did you catch on that you were being lied to?

Comment your thoughts!  Please like, comment, and subscribe.

In this episode I talk about believing people when they show you who they are, letting go of whatever fantasy life you have that keeps us blind to the unfair treatment that we get. The main point though, is to stop putting your trust in the people that show you that they don’t care about your feelings or you as a person. There’s no reason to put your trust in someone like that. We also talk about letting go of the hope that they will change.   As always, I hope this episode spoke to your soul and if it did, leave me feedback!  www.Instagram.com/soulevision

Today we’re talking about doing what makes you happy and how happiness is essentially the key to life.
