The episode titled "FULL & COMPLETE TRUST" tells the story of Jesus walking on water. After sending the disciples on a boat to the other side and dismissing the crowd Jesus goes up a mountainside to pray. That night the disciples' boat faces strong winds and rough waters. In the early hours Jesus approaches them by walking on the lake. The disciples are initially frightened thinking they're seeing a ghost. To this Jesus assures them of his presence asking them not to be afraid. Peter tests this assurance by asking to walk on water towards Jesus. He does so successfully but starts sinking when he becomes fearful. Immediately Jesus helps him up and questions his faith. Upon entering the boat with Peter the winds cease. The disciples then acknowledge and worship Jesus recognizing him as the Son of God.

Prayer is important because it helps us to stay close to God. When we pray, we are opening up our hearts to Him and He is able to work in us and through us. Prayer also helps us to grow in our relationship with God. The more we talk and spend time with someone the more we get to know them.

When you feel close to God, it is like dwelling in a sanctuary of unshakeable peace and incomparable warmth. Imagine the most serene place you've ever been to and multiply that tranquility a hundredfold. It is a space where every question finds its answer not in words but in an overwhelming sense of calm that washes over you. The struggles and tribulations that you face in daily life seem to fade away, not because they are insignificant but because you are filled with a newfound strength to face them.
In this special proximity, you are not judged but understood; you are not asked to change but rather supported in your quest for betterment. Every ounce of your being feels like it is exactly where it needs to be, embraced by a love that is both humbling and empowering. You find yourself overcome with gratitude, not just for the big miracles but for the tiny, everyday blessings you had somehow overlooked. It's as if your eyes have been opened anew, enabling you to see the world in its fullness — vibrant colors, soft edges, and undeniable interconnectedness of all things.
You begin to recognize God's presence not as an abstract concept but as a real, tangible force that plays out in your life and in the world around you. You see divine orchestration in serendipitous meetings, in the inexplicable peace that floods you amidst chaos, and in the courage you suddenly muster to face your fears. It is like a musical harmony that you never knew you were a part of, but now that you are aware, you can't help but contribute your own notes.
And the most extraordinary part of all of this is the realization that this closeness to God doesn't demand grand gestures or monumental acts. It is in the simple moments of kindness, in the genuine prayers that escape your lips in times of desperation or gratitude, in the soft whispers of your conscience guiding you to make the right choices. It's almost paradoxical that in recognizing how vast and limitless God is, you find an intimate closeness that is incredibly personal.
So if you ever find yourself in close proximity to God, cherish it. Let it fill you, transform you, and guide you. And always remember that you are never too far gone, too broken, or too insignificant to seek and find this closeness. God's presence is not a limited resource but an infinite well of love, wisdom, and peace, always accessible to those who are willing to open their hearts.

Praising God serves as a spiritual discipline that enriches our lives in multiple ways regardless of our circumstances. When life is flourishing we often find it easy to praise God for the blessings we experience. This kind of praise keeps us grounded and helps us focus on God as the source of all good things rather than attributing success to ourselves. Scriptures remind us to never forget the benefits and blessings that come from God helping us to maintain a grateful and humble attitude. Conversely when we find ourselves in difficult situations praise becomes a choice and an act of spiritual defiance. It is a powerful way to assert that our faith is not determined by our circumstances but rather is rooted in the unchanging nature of God. This kind of praise serves as a form of spiritual resistance against the hardships we encounter. It also aligns us with biblical teachings that instruct us to give thanks in all conditions. In these tough times praising God becomes an avenue for spiritual growth and a way to maintain our spiritual balance. Additionally, the act of praising God is not just individual but communal. When done collectively it strengthens the bonds within a religious community and serves as a form of testimony to others. God is HUGE! All of the universe can’t contain Him (1 Kin. 8:27). He is infinite, while everything He created is finite. “Finite” is defined as “limited” (American Heritage Dictionary). We are limited. How can finite (limited) man adequately represent an infinite (limitless) God This question presents a dilemma that has caused most people to not even try.

To run and not be weary, you must wait on the Lord. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles [That shows great strength.]; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
When you wait upon the Lord, you won’t be weary in well-doing; and you won’t draw back from God. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not [draw back] (Galatians 6:9). To draw back is to let yourself get out of God’s reach by allowing doubt, disobedience or fear to take you over. You must keep up with the Lord without running ahead or lagging behind and continue on in well-doing every day.
People grow weary in well-doing when they don’t yield to the ways of the Lord in all things. They don’t want to strive to enter in at the strait gate or obey the truth. Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able (Luke 13:24).
They don’t want to study the Word of God when the Bible says, Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15). You must know how to divide the Word of truth.
People don’t want to exercise themselves unto godliness. But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come (I Timothy 4:7,8).

Our Three EnemiesEphesians 2:1-3 tells us that we are fighting three main enemies: the world, the flesh and the devil. The world is our visible enemy. This is the system that is in rebellion against God, which seeks to redefine everything that God said is good as bad and everything God said is bad as good. We are against the devil because he is against us. He is our supreme enemy.
The third and most difficult enemy we fight is the one which lives inside us. The Bible calls it the flesh. The flesh is not a demon but if you yield to it long enough, it will give place to one.

Jesus’ words “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing” are found in Luke 23:34. Jesus looked down from the cross upon a scene that must have been distressing to Him. The Roman soldiers were gambling for His clothing (John 19:23–24); the criminals on the crosses to either side of Him were reviling Him (Matthew 27:44); the religious leaders were mocking Him (Matthew 27:41–43); and the crowd was blaspheming Him (Matthew 27:39). Surrounded by this most unworthy lot, Jesus prayed for them. “Father, forgive them” is a prayer of unmatched mercy and love.

Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.

The promises of God often lose their power in our lives because God himself has become small in our eyes. We may be able to recite God’s promises by the dozens. But in our hearts, God is no longer the King who conquers armies and cuts a valley in the sea. He is no longer the Shepherd who seeks his sheep and keeps them safe behind his staff. He is no longer the Lord who walks on waves and calls the dead back from the grave. Slowly, subtly, we have forgotten God’s power, God’s wisdom, God’s tenderness. When the promises of God seem powerless to quiet our fears, soothe our grief, lift our worries, or motivate our obedience, we need to do more than simply hear his promises again. We need to behold the God who gives them.

According to Merriam-Webster, obedience’s definition is “the act or instance of obeying; the quality or state of being obedient.” Furthermore, the definition of obedient is “submissive to the restraint or command of authority: willing to obey.” Therefore, the meaning of Christian obedience is the act of submitting (obeying) to the commands (laws) of God, the highest authority, creator, and Father of mankind. If you have faith in God and believe Christianity is the truth, obedience is the practice of living by faith, obeying the teachings of the Bible.

A foothold can be best understood by imagining yourself being chased by a bad person. You run up to your room and try to close the door, but the person sticks his shoe at the bottom end of the door so you can't close it. That part of his foot that prevents you from closing the door effectively is called a "foothold."
Footholds are very dangerous. It allows thieves and other evil people the chance to threaten you, cause you to fret or panic, throw things at you, and give them an opportunity to eventually break in. If footholds allow wicked people to do such things, you can just think of what the devil, persistent as he is, can do when he secures a foothold in your life. Don't allow him!

Isaiah 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.For us as Christians, we need to renew our minds to think positively and not to be thinking about the worst outcomes, and believe in what the word tells us, to think about good things and that good things are going to happen to us, that all good things comes from our Father in heaven James 1:7 . Hope from the word of God, provides a confident expectation of good things, and to always be thankful Phil 4:6.Our hearts can be down cast. This spirit can brings a “heaviness” over us, it tries to rob our hope. It brings a heavy, oppressive feeling. It tries to steal our faith. Depression tries to come over us like a dark, heavy cloud. When this cloud is hanging over us, it may come over us at once, like a plague. It can causes us to isolate, it tries to steal our love, wants to make us feel alone, and it tries to steal our relationship with God. However, in all things related to depression, it is putting on the garment of praise that can brings us out of depression.

Selflessness is inherent in parental love. The First Father is universal spirit, eternal truth, infinite reality, and father personality-a transcendent reality. But God is even more. He is a saving person and a loving Father to all who enjoy spiritual peace on Earth, and who crave to experience personality survival in death. The existence of God is utterly beyond all possibility of demonstration, except for the God-consciousness of the human mind and the presence of the God-Spirit that indwells the mortal intellect-and is bestowed as the free gift of the Universal Father. It is not there by right of possession, but it is designed to be so for all those who choose to survive the mortal existence.

Whether it is called Easter or Resurrection Sunday is not as important as the event and purpose of the resurrection. However, the timing of the crucifixion and resurrection is significantly meaningful. The resurrection of Jesus is the culmination of all things meaningful, faith and fact, in establishing a relationship with God.
God used the timing, which occurred just after "Passover" and during the Feast of Unleavened Bread, to illustrate the ultimate sacrifice He made for sinners. Without this sacrifice, Christianity would be an empty religion. Every purpose of Jesus Christ, His atonement for sin, would be unfulfilled and the foundation of Christianity would fall apart. The Passover commemorates God's "passing over" the Hebrew's homes by the angel of death (Exodus 12:29). By accepting Jesus, we are promised eternal life and we are saved from spiritual death. The Feast of Unleavened Bread (verse 15) begins with unleavened bread (made without yeast) and sacrificing an unblemished, sacrificial lamb. Leavening represents the escape from bondage and sin. Jesus is called the Lamb of God through whom the only escape is possible.
Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection are God's provision for the perfect and final sacrifice for man's sins. God requires no other payment for sins! With this provision, mankind is granted opportunity for new life by the forgiveness of sin and escape from its bondage. It is ours for the mere acceptance of this gift.

God is love. That’s a bold statement, but the Bible clearly states that God is love. Yet when we look at the world we live in and our own experiences, it’s easy to question if God really loves. So, let’s dig deeper. Let’s look at where the Bible talks about God being love and some of the implications for our lives. “God is love” is a simple statement, yet there is power and depth in those three simple words. Let’s dive in.

The Bible tells us that even believers struggle with trusting God because life is hard and cruel at times. But we know there is hope and that joy is possible because of the eternal life we have with Christ. Therefore, God wants us to be full of faith and grow in His divine direction, comforted by the Holy Spirit. In this complete trust of our Lord and Savior, we can live with true peace and joy.

Good morning, Kings and Queens. Good things happen when you’re in the right place and time. Call it luck if you want, but I call it divine appointment when, at the right season, God places his hand on you. The thing about that is when God’s touch rains down on you, everybody around you will know it.
Somebody reading this morning knows that when God blesses you, others around you will see the anointing and favor on you. Why? Because God wants glory, and to that individual that yields him or herself to God and humbles themselves, God will position them for his glory.
The book of James tells us that “God is not a respecter of persons (James 2:9), and there’s a song that sings, “There is no secret what God can do; what he’s done for others he’ll do for you!” — which means the message today is not just for certain people. If you are reading this morning, this message is for you, too — and the message is “Get in position!” the blessing will come, the windows will open, and God could work a miracle.

As we go through our daily lives, each one of us experiences difficult situations. A lot of the times when we go through pain or suffering, we are surprised that these situations find a way into our lives and forget that God has told us that we will experience hardships. We are given the gift of faith from Him and are taught to use this valuable fruit of the Spirit, but a lot of the times we do not. In difficult or confusing times, we are quick to worry about them instead of having faith.
The grace of God has given us the gift of faith, not because we deserve it, but as a result of the everlasting goodness of His works. It is important to also know that this gift we have been given is not in exchange for us accomplishing good works. Appreciation for this gift should fill our hearts with humility knowing we've been given something we could never achieve on our own.

Faith, at its core, is deep-rooted in the expectation of good things to come. It goes beyond hope. While much of hope lives in the mind, faith is steeped in the heart and the spirit. It can’t be explained away by reason or logic, or be understood through a single dimension.
While life can be hard at the best of times, faith is the knowledge, deep down inside, that things will get better. It’s taking the next step when you can’t see the entire staircase. Simply put, life would fail to have reason if we didn’t have faith.
We couldn’t drive our cars without faith that someone wouldn’t cross the divider and crash into us. If we didn’t have faith, how could we fly in an airplane, a metallic machine soaring 35,000 feet in the air? Without faith, how could we move from one moment to the next without completely second-guessing every last thing that we did?
Without faith, we couldn’t expect that things would turn out all right for us no matter what the situation might be.

Our enemy, the devil, is always accusing us. The Bible says he is the accuser of God’s children (Revelation 12:10). He constantly tells us, “You’re not good enough. God is angry with you. You can’t do anything right. Nobody loves you. You are nothing. You will never amount to anything.”
Have you ever had thoughts like these? Did you know that those thoughts are not from God? His thoughts toward you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Those hateful thoughts are from the enemy of your soul who has come to kill, steal, and destroy everything about you (John 10:10).
The devil wants you to be so focused on the hurt, criticism, and derogatory comments that have come your way that you miss the good God has for you. That’s why it’s so important to read the Bible and put God’s thoughts in your mind. Every scripture you read contains God’s truth and brings life and hope into your life.

A “wilderness experience” is usually thought of as a tough time in which a believer endures discomfort and trials. The pleasant things of life are unable to be enjoyed, or they may be absent altogether, and one feels a lack of encouragement. A “wilderness experience” is often a time of intensified temptation and spiritual attack. It can involve a spiritual, financial, or emotional drought. Having a “wilderness experience” is not necessarily a sign that a believer is sinning; rather, it is a time of God-ordained testing.

As Christians, we have so much to celebrate. Each day is a new day to celebrate and be thankful for what God has blessed us with. There are many ways we can celebrate what God has done whether it be through prayer, worship, serving or fellowship with other believers.
There are holidays devoted to celebrating different things that Jesus has done for us, such as his entrance into the world as a man at Christmas time and his resurrection at Easter. There are other special types of occasions where we celebrate our relationship and commitment to Christ such as baptisms. We also can show thankfulness for what God has given us when we celebrate birthdays or anniversaries.
However, it does not have to be a special day for us to celebrate what God has accomplished in our lives. After all, He has blessed us in so many ways. Rejoicing may not always be our immediate response especially when life feels difficult or in times with many trials; but, it is worthwhile as we are called to rejoice in Him.

Matthew 1:23 announces the birth of Jesus saying, “‘The virgin will conceive and give birth to a Son, and they will call him Immanuel’ (which means ‘God with us’).”
The God of the universe, the One who created us, came down to us. He tasted thirst and felt hunger. He shivered in the cold and laid His head on the bare ground to sleep. He wept with friends overwhelmed by grief and watched as everyone walked away from Him in His darkest hour.
His ministry was unexpected — modeled after a humble servant instead of a stately king. Matthew summarized His mission saying:
“This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah:
‘Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. He will not quarrel or cry out; no one will hear his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out, till he has brought justice through to victory. In his name the nations will put their hope’” (Matthew 12:17 – 21, emphasis added).
No pomp or proclamations. Jesus spent His ministry among the sick, outcast, and isolated. He came to bring hope to those who had none.
And as His followers, we can share His eternal hope with those around us and around the world.

Completely covered in God in all of is love in all of his glory. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

n 1 Peter 5:7, we are told to “Cast your cares (anxiety) upon him, for he cares for you.” This scripture helps us to know we can give our worries over to God. It helps us to realize that God does indeed care for us always

There are at least two instances in the Bible where lying produced a favorable result. For example, the lie the Hebrew midwives tell Pharaoh seems to result in the Lord’s blessing on them (Exodus 1:15-21), and it probably saved the lives of many Hebrew babies. Another example is Rahab’s lie to protect the Israelite spies in Joshua 2:5. It is important to note, however, that God never condones these lies. Despite the “positive” outcome of these lies, the Bible nowhere praises the lies themselves. The Bible nowhere states that there are instances where lying is the right thing to do. At the same time, the Bible does not declare that there is no possible instance in which lying is an acceptable option.

God's hand is always moving, meaning He is always at work, in our lives because God is sovereign over all life. Man may make plans but it is God who determines his steps (Proverbs 16:9). God's sovereign reign extends from the rise and fall of kings and nations to the very numbering of our days and hairs on our heads (Proverbs 21:1; Job 12:23; Psalm 47:8; Psalm 139:16; Matthew 10:30).

One of the first things you need to understand is that God has given you gifts to use for His glory. Yes, you!!! You may be thinking to yourself, “I am not important enough for God to give me a gift, skill, or a talent.” God created you for the purpose of His Kingdom going forward. He has enabled you to reach people that no one else can, and it is the giftings He has given to you that accomplishes it. Romans 12:6 says, “having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them.”

Our God is victorious. He always wins. He has never lost a battle. He has no equal to challenge His sovereignty.
Although we know this truth by the fact of history and the choice of faith, our experience in this life can make it seem like we are losing at times. Our limited perspective can create doubt and discouragement. Allow me to encourage you in the Lord. If you are born again, you are on the winning side! God has revealed the last chapter of history. There is no doubt of how the future will end. God and His people are victorious!

Father, even the disciples that walked with Jesus needed to strengthen their faith. Jesus told them if their faith was only the size of a mustard seed, they could uproot trees and crumble mountains. Lord, I need more faith like the disciples. Increase my faith and make me a mover of mountains. Grow my belief in You alone so that I would be strong in the Lord and ready to battle against the doubts planted by the enemy. Lord, increase my faith!

God tells us in His Word that the tongue has incredible power. We can use our tongue to bring blessings and life or curses and death. The saying "sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me" is simply not true. Our tongues can be the most difficult thing to control and leave us with great regret if we use our words to hurt. There is hope! The Bible tells us that with the help of the Holy Spirit we can have power and control over our tongue.
