How does your image support your bigger mission in life? Laura Markinkovich is a fashion expert & men’s personal stylist. She helps men who are completely clueless about their look to create a unique image & a self identity that stands out amongst the crowd.
Originally from Argentina, Laura originally used fashion as a way to find her own sense of self in the world. She now takes great joy & pride in helping others to do the same.
Many men might think of the concept of image & style as something that is too feminine, or self indulgent & surface level. However it’s something that is present & happening anyway whether you like it or not, so you would do well to embrace it!
In this interview, you will learn about how understanding styling & fashion gets to be a low hanging fruit which you can use to amplify the message you have to share with the world.

Do you have big goals, but often find yourself procrastinating?
The level of motivation we have to go out in the world & take action is intimately correlated with the level of purpose or meaning we attach to our daily tasks.
In this episode, Pete uses some personal stories and a fun analogy to describe the power of anchoring your daily work to your greater WHY - and how failing to do so can lead to a slow downfall of your vision.
If you’re someone who has big dreams and goals but finds it hard to get excited about the process of getting there - this episode is for you.

In this episode, Pete tells a story about the entrepreneur’s journey to find something more - the pursuit of true happiness & fulfilment in life.
If you’re someone who has achieved a solid level of financial success - more than enough to cover all your needs, but still feel like there’s something missing in your life - this one’s for you.

People Pleasing is a pretty rough character trait to live with.
The “Nice Guy/ Nice Girl” pattern is insidious - it seeps into every area of life & distorts our perception of the world.
At some point along the way, the people-pleaser took on the false belief that they’re some kind of burden on others & must overgive & self-sacrifice in order to receive their basic needs.
This pattern can get so bad that, in an act of trying to remain consistent with self, they turn it into a badge of honour (think “the saviour” or “the empath”).
These false identities perpetuate toxic relationships, which continue to leave the pleaser feeling burnt out, worthless…and most of all, “correct” in their belief that they are the victim.
In this episode, Pete dives into his own lived experience of this seemingly harmful but ultimately destructive pattern. He uses a fun analogy of a rather unique “Exchange Bureau” to describe how ridiculous the unconscious behaviour of the people pleaser really is.
He explores the solution to people-pleasing, a reframe that may help you understand the source of these problems - and a path forward.
Remember - Just by existing, you deserve to have your needs met,..“just cos” ;)

Rich Adrian-Smith is the co-founder of GoggleSoc, an 8 figure business in the ski industry. He is a father, a nervous system practitioner & coach who helps people find their life purpose.
On paper, Rich had all the boxes ticked - after quitting the corporate finance world and co-founding
a booming startup which allowed him to travel & go skiing around the world.
But under the hood, there were bigger issues at play. As COO of his company, he had a very stressful position, fulfilling orders & making sure the expanding operations of the company kept up with global demand. Over time, his suppressed emotions, overwhelm from the workload, very high expectations of himself and years of burning the candle at both ends pushed him to the limit and into the depths of a burnout.
This is when Rich stumbled upon Breathwork and his life was forever changed. After his very first session, he was finally able to feel again what it was like to be relaxed and peaceful. An inner flame was lit which sparked a journey to follow his calling.
Rich met Pete in Bali during his practitioner training at Breathwork Bali - where he became a coaching client of Pete’s and crafted an action plan for bringing this work to the world.
Rich is now living in British Columbia, Canada with his wife and 2-year-old son. There, he helps high achievers live a life of purpose, passion and fulfilment through purpose coaching and facilitated breath repatterning.

Do you procrastinate & self shame?
Often when stepping into doing something new that’s meaningful or purposeful to us, it can bring up resistance.
(Usually that’s why we haven’t done it already!)
The negative effects of stepping into that new edge (whether it’s a new business, starting a relationship, creative expression etc) can feel so overwhelming that the system needs to just shut it down to feel safe & avoid feeling pain.
However - over time, this creates a build up of unhappiness & self criticism, as we continue to not “do the thing” that we KNOW we should be doing!
In this solo episode, Pete explains how understanding your inner world & the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model can help you create a life of true fulfilment.

How does treating our life as one big “retreat” change our relationship to adversity?
In Pete’s experience of attending retreats, where people step into a container to do intentional personal development work, they “pay to be triggered!” and intentionally go to uncomfortable places in order to learn more about themselves & grow.
He noticed how people then leave that container & go back to their old patterns, without that same level of curiosity & inquiry around their own triggers.
In this episode, Pete explores
How do you take the mindset & framework of “the retreat” and apply it to life?
What are the fundamental ingredients & principles that need to be in place in order to make your life “a container”?

Edward Dangerfield is a Nervous System Specialist & the Founder of the FBR (Facilitated Breath Repatterning) technique.
After a series of near death experiences that threw him into a world of trauma & overwhelm, Edward had no choice but to seek out & learn the tools to heal himself & his nervous system. And in true pain to purpose fashion, he now uses the power of each persons own breath to help them feel at home in their bodies again.
His technique, Facilitated Breath Repatterning combines the powerful tool of “Connected Breathwork” with Bodywork & an applied knowledge of the nervous system to create greater ease & flow in the body.
He now trains practitioners to accurately read breath mechanics & adjust the way the body subconsciously breathes 25,000 times a day on average.
Edward is an inspiration in how passionately dedicates his life to living his purpose, to the creation of community and how he shows up as a father for his son Onyx.

Jen Mann is a Nervous System Practitioner & the founder of CFS School, which helps people recover from chronic mind/body disorders, autoimmune disorders (ie. the things that doctors generally don’t know how to solve).
After being a professional ballet dancer & suffering a debilitating injury that ended her career, she was somewhat pulled into the path of learning about healing.
Her injury led her to dive into the study of functional movement as a way to understand her body’s pain. But after going back to University to study biomedical sciences & physiotherapy, she experienced a major burnout & chronic fatigue in the middle of her degree.
Jen went from feeling just fine one day, to being unable to get out of bed the next, and no doctor was able to give her any answers as to why. This led to a deep self inquiry, and a discovery of what trauma really is & how to heal it through the body & mind.
Her frustration at the lack of simple & clear resources available during her own journey sparked a desire to create that for others who were still suffering.
This led to her founding the CFS school, with which she began helping people heal from the conditions & symptoms of chronic anxiety, fatigue & autoimmune conditions. She now has thousands of success stories after just a couple of years.

What happens when we drive ourselves past the point of burnout?
Many people are suddenly jolted awake to find themselves in a life they did not consciously choose. They realise they are trapped in a doom cycle that is self-perpetuating - where their sense of identity & financial safety is tied up in needing to continue showing up in a life or business that they know is no longer serving them.
The old friends, old habits & vices just don’t cut it anymore. But there is no clear pathway forward, and the fear of losing everything & ending up totally alone & exiled can be overwhelming. So they push on and suppress the truth.
This is a recipe for exhaustion, feeling unfulfilled and being paradoxically stuck.
In this episode, Pete explores the pathway forward a.k.a. 3 stages of life transition from pain to purpose. How we can move from this initial moment of awakening, to finding stillness & clarity for the first time in our lives, and then finally, what the path forward looks like - as we turn to pursuing a greater purpose in life.

Connected Breathwork is both a powerful & potentially harmful tool
It is by far the most effective modality Pete has encountered for creating deep, lasting change in the nervous system.
It’s easily accessible, doesn’t require crazy or expensive technology, and many who try it experience immediate benefits. It has the potential to massively improve quality of life across the globe.
But as with anything positive & beneficial, it has a dark side….
As connected breathwork grows more & more popular, the industry has become increasingly unregulated & unsafe, with many people having negative or challenging experiences by trying the technique in the wrong setting or with an under-qualified practitioner.

In more recent years, he made Kiev, the capital of Ukraine his home, and after becoming intrigued with dating, polarity, and why many modern relationships don’t work out, he became a relationship coach who helps Western men build happy, sustainable relationships with Eastern European women.

“I am a bad person. I’m not worthy of love”
How can embodied shame impact our lives on a subconscious level?
In this episode, Pete explores how we can develop shameful self-beliefs in early life, and how this can be subtly (or explicitly!) driving our behaviour and distorting our lens of how we experience the external world today.
He uses an analogy to describe the process of how old shame can get reactivated, how it shows up in our thoughts & actions - and how you can become aware of it & ultimately conquer it.
Letting go of deep embodied shame is one of the fastest pathways to experiencing the reality you truly want. It can be the unconscious kryptonite holding you back from attracting the people, situations & outcomes you desire in life. This short solo episode intends to give you that fresh perspective you may need.

Marc Laws II is a Yoga teacher, Ex Pro-Soccer Player, Father, Husband & a pillar of wisdom. He is a man driven by self-discovery, as he explores what it means to play on the playground of Earth.
After being scouted from the USA at a young age to play professional football in England, he has a deep love for the philosophies of football - and how the experience of diligent training & rehearsal VS high intensity gametime is a metaphor for life.
Marc’s sporting & philosophical passion for soccer later transmuted into a discovery & love of yoga, as a modality of movement & deep self-inquiry.
In this episode, Pete & Marc crack out the Chinese tea set & embark on a journey into what it means to curiously explore this human existence - with both ancient philosophy & deep, hearty laughs present.
They explore: - The transformation from boy to man to father, and how Marc had to let parts of him to die to allow other parts to grow
The similarities between playing professional football in the UK & ancient yogic philosophies

The influence technology could play on future generations, and how tech evolution could be a path to enlightenment

“Your bulletproof mindset is nothing without the somatic capacity to maintain that mindset” This solo episode explores the relationship between the mind & the body - and how even having a “iron-clad” & focused mindset won’t mean s**t once you are inevitably met by the triggers & challenges of life. Pete brings through a novel analogy of “The Child & The Parent” to describe how these two unique powerhouses of your being interact. He explains why, despite our best intentions, we can usually end up regressing back into old behavioural patterns against our will - and a new pathway you can follow to begin changing this phenomenon once and for all. Are unconscious fears holding you back from your fullest life?
Many people have a big vision or purpose - but never actually step into it. They procrastinate, avoid and the world never gets to receive their true gifts. What’s worse is this - they never even get the chance to sit down & look at why that avoidance is happening.
Well, not on this podcast!
In this episode Pete gives an analogy that will allow you to see your avoidance & fear in a new light.
He explains how your fears are not something to be avoided, but instead to be run at headfirst & smashed into a million pieces! This episode will give you the inspiration to step through your fears & resistance and finally begin bringing your true purpose online.
Music is the medicine
Jess Magic is a singer & songwriter, facilitator, spaceholder & a self-proclaimed “Heartist”, who helps people free their voice & share the authentic message of their soul. She carries many medicines, the most powerful of which is “the voice” as a pathway into expression of full truth.
Jess has run her signature program "Free your Voice" for over 9 years, and in this episode, Pete & Jess dive into how her own journey with her singing has been the key to opening up so much in her life.
Jess is also well known for her “Soul Salons” - non-denominational gospel concerts where, through music, people can share intention, prayer & messages in a unifying & co-creative experience.

What do you do when someone is “angry with you”? Do you spend hours ruminating over it, wishing you had done something differently? “Was it that thing I said? Something I did?” In this short solo episode, Pete gives an analogy that has allowed him to calm the mind in times of conflict, let go of the need to find immediate resolution, and find deeper trust in those moments when someone seems (apparently) angered by our actions. If you’ve ever been kept up at night because of a conflict & felt the anxiety of someone being mad at you, this episode will give you a new perspective on how to view the situation - and a greater ability to find peace & ease in those moments.
How do you come back into alignment when life deals you a rough hand? William Griffin is a philosopher, lifecoach & self-actualisation specialist - who works predominantly as a sales mentor for coaches.
After being kicked out of boarding school, struggling with dyslexia & writing himself off as “stupid”, he found the subject of philosophy at the age 16. He began developing a new “philosophical” lens on the world, and it empowered him to think expansively & reimagine the reality that had been created for him.
Now Will has dedicated his life to supporting coaches, who he believes are the vital change makers in unlocking people’s potential, freeing the masses from “the matrix” & supporting the collective consciousness awakening of our planet.
In this episode, we explore:
This is a deep, yet hilarious episode with lots of witty & edgy laughs, as William shares his philosophical approach to surfing the (sometimes scary) transitions & challenges of life.
What beliefs & patterns have we inherited that stop us from creating beautiful & successful romantic relationships?
Connection is a basic human need. It’s something we’ve been doing as a species for a few years now! And yet, modern relating is more disconnected than ever. In this episode, Pete explores 3 of the biggest insights he’s uncovered from his personal romantic connections, as well as from supporting his clients through their own relating challenges. He breaks down what went wrong in his past - some of the unconscious patterns he was playing out & the negative effects they had on his life. He lays out a blueprint for healthy relating & an intention for the kind of relationship he wishes to call into his life.
If you are someone who desires, or is in, a romantic relationship, this solo episode will breathe fresh energy into how you view this area of your life!
Emile Steenveld is an emotional intelligence coach & mentor, whose work draws from a wide range of modalities including yoga, hypnotherapy, reiki & somatic therapy.
Emile began his personal development journey during his time as a professional fashion model,
In the early days of his modelling career in a cut-throat industry, Emile found himself sabotaging his progress because of a lack of confidence & fear of rejection.
But in spending more & more time around all these beautiful models, he realised many of them were also feeling insecure & felt not enough.
His realisation sparked curiosity & set him on a path to discover this: What is the secret to true confidence (beyond external validation)?
This inquiry inspired him to dive into self development work - and he began incorporating more communication & people skills into his modelling career. Emile found that by focusing on making powerful first impressions & exuding a confident demeanour, it set him apart from his competitors in that industry.
Emile naturally later transitioned into the personal development world, where for years he has now been helping others overcome the same natural challenges by teaching them how to build confidence, regulate their emotions, heal their wounds & communicate effectively.
In this episode, we explore a wide range of topics, including:

“When I look at a person, I see two things:
Their essence, their soul; who they are deep down - pure & whole & perfect.
And then there’s the patterns. The gnarly human traits they’ve adopted in order to have their needs met”.
In this episode, Pete explores the concept of the “loaded gun” which forces people to behave in ways that is not their “true nature”
He describes how learned patterns are driving most of our surface-level behaviors. He explains how these are malleable - that we are not destined to live in a certain way forever.
He explores how to change these behavioral patterns that have been dictating our lives - and find more ease & freedom.
This episode will give you a new lens on why you behave the way you do - and create more compassion for the “negative” behaviors you see in yourself & others.

What is the secret to thriving in all areas of life?
In our modern-day technology-addicted, machine-worshiping society, we are more depressed & sick than ever.
And yet, as the collective turns to AI for the answers & relinquishes even more sovereignty to the “powers that be”….
A new hypothesis emerges - that all the secrets to a fulfilled, healthy & joyful life lie right there, woven in the tales of our history & encoded in our DNA.
And bringing forth this wisdom on the podcast today is Mr Kevin Orosz.
Kevin is a High Performance Coach, Workshop & Retreat Facilitator, and Podcast Host. He is a Performance Philosopher, Spoken Word Poet, Public Speaker, Freestyle MC and Founder & CMO of lifestyle brand Mystic Misfit.
Kevin’s work bridges the gap between the East and West, the Feminine and Masculine, and “Religious” and the Scientific; all woven into his poetic & deeply striking way of communicating.
When we hear Truth, it resonates with us on a fundamental level.
And in this podcast, Kevin Orosz & Pete “bring the old back to new” by exploring Ancestral wisdom - a series of core principles & codes of our predecessors which have survived many millennia & helped our species to get to where we are in this modern day.

What does it REALLY mean to follow your purpose?
Daniel Winn is a comedian, Men’s coach, musician & the co-creator of Conscious the musical.
Danny set out traveling the world many years ago, leaving the 9-5 life in pursuit of the joys of life, from working in Ibiza, having a spiritual awakening in Peru, moving to the spiritual hub of Koh Phangan in Thailand for a number of years - all while doing deep inner work to shed the layers of conditioning of his typical English middle class upbringing.
Like Pete, he decided to call the island of Bali his base, and it was their shared desire to create, their similarities in humour & backstory & quite a bit of synchronicity & divine timing that led them to creating Conscious the Musical in April 2022. They’ve since performed the musical to sold out audience in Bali & are plotting world domination for the musical into 2023.

How do you stop using band-aid solutions for stress - and beat anxiety long-term?
By doing deep somatic work & nervous system repatterning.
Johanna Adriaansen is a personal development coach who specializes in working with high performing men. She uses a modality called Somatic therapy for removing blocks, identifying what is keeping someone stuck, and ultimately facilitating embodied transformations on a conscious and subconscious level.
Her lens on growth & healing is very similar to mine - in that it recognises that most of our surface level issues that we face in life can be directly or indirectly caused by Nervous System dysregulation. Her way of treating these symptoms also uses a bottom-up approach - understanding that the root of deep change lies in the body, & in feeling & completing incomplete emotions & responses.
In this powerful episode, we explore the problems that high performers in business tend to encounter & how to use somatic modalities to heal the root cause of anxiety, stress, poor sleep, impaired digestion etc. LONG TERM
We talk about:
How you overworking causes other negative habits
Understanding the fight/flight response & how it works against you

How do you go from convicted criminal to millionaire entrepreneur in just a few years?
Lewis Raymond Taylor is a multi-million dollar CEO, coach trainer, business & mindset coach & speaker who walked out of prison 6 years ago with a desire to make something of himself.
After finding the personal development world via a more unconventional route - serving an 18 month prison sentence & 6 months of rehab that stripped him apart - he learned first hand how to rebuild himself. In that process, he was able to then guide others through their own transformations.
Thanks to his own process of being rebuilt through coaching, he went from an angry, drug-addicted, criminal - to a freedom-lifestyle entrepreneur helping others. This total shift was what inspired him to bring coaching to the masses & found The Coaching Masters, which has grown exponentially & was recently valued at 25 million dollars after just 3 years.
From the outside Lewis is on top of the world & has it all by society’s standards.
But with every new level comes a new devil, and the long term effects of this deep incessant drive for success began creating imbalances in his life, leading towards burnout, flatness, unfulfillment & his quality of life suffering.
As a result, Lewis came on as a client of mine a few months ago with our goal being to rebalance his life - I believe it has been a very fulfilling & powerful experience for both of us so far!
In this podcast, we explore his epic journey from ex-convict to multi millionaire - and the ways in which he is meeting the health challenges of today with the same humility & determination that got him out of that darker black hole a few years ago.
We dive into:
Transitioning from high flying success to facing a crash/burnout and needing to take on a new strategy
Exploring passion & purpose - stepping into purpose having already had financial & business success
Breaking down old patterns & beliefs to take things to the new level
The biggest breakthroughs & insights he had from us working 1:1 with Coaching & Breathwork the past months
The fundamentals of understanding human behaviour & a window into Pete’s coaching process

How do you take off the masks society has convinced you to wear?
Gavin Dantez is a marketer, entrepreneur and investor. He took his first e-comm business from zero to $ 3 million and over 80 thousand customers in its first year. He was featured in Forbes & INC magazine who coined him a "mad scientist of digital marketing and branding”.
Gav is an international speaker & influencer in the field of mass psychology and macro economics. He is a long term investor in crypto and blockchain technology, and is the co-founder of The Limitless Trading Academy, The Habit Accelerator program, and The Limitless Brotherhood.
I first met Gavin at an event 2 years ago, and I quickly recognised him as someone who does not give a f**k. He says what he wants and openly calls out the powers that be online. He trains hard in the boxing gym & then does the splits while simultaneously educating people to break out of the matrix & gain their financial freedom.
However, the thing I respect most about Gavin is his ability to take abstract concepts & models of the world which we live in and bring them down to earth. He explains the vast complexities of human psychology in ways that the layman can easily understand. For me, this is such a crucial trait in today’s day & age, a time when a great veil has been pulled over the eyes of many. His work around recognising & exiting the matrix is more vital now than ever for our future, and this is something we definitely dove into in this podcast.
We also explore what I call “The Successful Entrepreneur’s Dilemma” in this episode - Gav talks about his journey of breaking free of the western 9-5 matrix & making all the money, only to still feel unhappy & go in search of deeper fulfillment & meaning. We explore the shift from pursuing the idealistic & materialistic goals that that society sells us, and instead doing what truly makes you happy.
Other topics we discuss include:
How to take off the masks & personas that you’ve believed you needed to be liked & successful
Finding actualisation & fulfillment in life - beyond financial gains.
This is an inspirational, mind-opening, paradigm-breaking episode that every driven man should listen to. I am excited to share it with you all!
What does it really mean to “be different”? To create yourself?

Focused on the German market, Tayler & his partner Anika produce fun & inspirational content that shifts people’s mindsets & motivates them to live a life of purpose.
And Tayler is not just a jack of all trades, he has definitely mastered a few as well:
From multiple online coaching programs helping people start & build their online business; teaching people to fly first class for dirt cheap, private tax consulting in Dubai, a clothing brand and EVEN building a brand new school for Indonesian children on the island of Lombok.
Tayler and Anika run their signature “Escape & Arrival” events & high ticket retreats around the world - AND, get this, he is the proud owner of FIVE two-comma club awards from one of my heroes, Russell Brunson of Clickfunnels. These awards are only given when you make over 1 million dollars from one online funnel. And they have 5 of them, before the age of 30. Fangirling hard right now.
But let me tell you, this is no coincidence. According to Tayler, in this day & age we ALL have the opportunity of a lifetime - to create whatever kind of life we desire. We have all the resources, opportunities - we just need to believe in ourselves & take bold action.
In this podcast, we dive into his journey, and get an insight into the mindset that allowed him to rise from humble German upbringings to building a successful global empire.
We cover:
How to fall in love with the problems of being an entrepreneur
The journey of building a travel-based lifestyle
Becoming your own best testimonial
The limitations of social media, and how he approaches sharing taboo topics online

Show Notes:
Do you find it hard to say “no”?
Is speaking your needs a challenge?
Do you feel guilty for even HAVING needs?
People-pleasing is a subtle, yet insidious pattern where we learn to sacrifice ourselves for the sake of others,
We doubt & question ourselves, suppress our voice and constantly fear that WE are the problem.
Our go-to response is to assume fault (“I must be wrong.”)
The feeling of tolerating other people’s s**t becomes our default way of experiencing the world.
We also become a beautifully fitting magnet for the opposite of the pleaser - the narcissist.
In this episode, Pete talks about fawning VS self-agency, the polarity between People Pleasing & Narcissism - and how to identify if you’re caught up in these dynamics in your life. Most importantly, he explores how to shift out of this toxic pattern & finally step into your power!
Can you overcome fear in order to serve at the deepest level?

They explore how to overcome common issues like self sabotage, people pleasing & self doubt, and bring some of the deeper shadows present in our lives into the light.

Could Breathwork change your life?
In this episode, Pete shares his life-changing experience with Conscious Connected Breathwork. By getting the mind out of the way & allowing this deep inner wisdom to come through, it allows us to close old programs to live our most full, authentic & embodied lives.
Breathwork is a modality that allowed Pete to go back to some early memories, feel the experience in their entirety & release the “charge” that was being carried in his body.
In this episode you will learn about why we tend to attract the same toxic situations & people in our lives, how seemingly small events in childhood can be influencing our current reality, and the steps we can take to finally close & complete traumas cycles.
