It's amazing that ancient sages and rishis understood the concept of samskara when thousands of years later we found physical evidence in neurobiology!
Patterns are tough to break. Rather they be physical, emotional, or mental - and there is a valid reason why. The good thing is that once we are aware of our patterns, we may act between the stimulus and reaction - instead choosing to RESPOND with courage, love, and awareness.
