Welcome to Episode #8!
I am joined by an incredibly insightful man and all round legend of an individual: Mr Finn Hammond.
Likely to be a familiar name and face to those who have watched Matt Wright's Wild Territory, Finn among many other things is an adventurer, a self-described "open book" and a man doing some great work in the community in his profession.
Finn has recently kicked off a local Men's Community Group with a focus on Men's Mental Health.

As well as a super raw chat about Men's Mental health and Finn's journey through this.

Honestly, can't say this enough, Finn is an incredible man, and this was one of the most raw and genuine chats I have ever had with an individual. I am absolutely honoured to be able to share this with listeners who I have no doubt will take something away from Finn's insightful and positive outlook on life and mental health.

Hey friends welcome to the first "Mini Ep" of the podcast.
Just having a quick chat about my upcoming hair chop (Early September 2022) to be donated to the great cause:
Variety Hair with Heart Foundation
The Variety Hair with Heart is an incentive where healthy hair can be donated to contribute towards making a wig for young individuals dealing with medical conditions which cause hair loss. These wigs are a way to boost their self-esteem and confidence and feel a sense of "normality" whilst dealing with their medical condition.
In addition to donating the locks, I am trying to do a bit of fundraising during the month of August 2022 for the Variety foundation which will further contribute to kids dealing with disability, chronic illness or disadvantage.
Donate Now

There is also a mention of the upcoming mental health campaign in September being run by the:
Black Dog Institute
 Called Mullets for Mental Health.
Black Dog Institute is a great cause to get behind to raise mental health awareness.

Thanks for listening,
Love you all!
