We’re here to share real stories about real people. Bringing together memories about war, trauma, love and struggle. Join in and listen to the ordeals of some terrific individuals, as we reflect on them together and perhaps you’ll be surprised at how strongly you’ll relate to them.

We've done hikes, we've done gigs, and this time we're doing a combinayshun of two things we love - playing FIFA and having a yarn. But it's not all random; while Dumi destroys (controversial) Dulana on FIFA we talk about our shared past in sport, funny memories of playing football together and how our relationship with sports has evolved. Dumi shares his transition from team sports to solo endurance sports while Dulana shares his added love for novel sports analytics.
Give it a listen and let us know what you think of this format.

This time we are in the midst of the Melbourne International Jazz 🎷festival to talk about music rhythm and how it has shaped us through our lives. This is recorded after a emotional tribute concert, in the middle of a New Orleans #jazz street party (which you will hear for two full minutes!) and before an Albanian folk #music concert. Get ready for an array of different sounds and noises from professional musicians and our own less-than-professional mouths. We also touch on our relationship with our voices and how that has evolved through time. 🎺🥁🎸🎻🪘Links to listen and support us on any platform 💕 https://linktr.ee/wellsocietyIntro audio attribution: The Urban Gentry by Beat Mekanik (Free Music Archive, License type CC BY).--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/the-well-society-podcast/message

You thought we were gone, but SIKE we're back again after a long hiatus. This was a special episode to kick off the new season of The Well Society full of spring freshness, birds, falls, and good boys (not us, doggos). We talk about why we've taken so long to get back into this, what has happened during that time and how that has shaped us. We touch on "the demons" we are facing at the moment and why it is so important to name them before we can face them. This eventually brings us to the importance of getting out of your mind and getting into your body.

We also dive into our personal history and thoughts around valentines, partners, and love in general. Bonus: Dumi's past infatuation with a certain someone (or something).
