All right. So we've got some home seller questions today. What happens if you want to sell your home and get that top dollar and you are able to sell your home,ย
but you have nowhere else to go. So one of the solutions that you can do is you can do what's called a rent back or a lease back. And basically you can sellย
your home today to that buyer. The buyer then will have to agree to lease or rent you back the home for a pre-specified amount of time. And that can be days,ย
weeks, months, whatever works for you and your situation. But if your buyers really wanting that home, you know, maybe you give them a little bit of a discount
off of the top, top market value that you're going to get and you pay them a rent moving forward. So that offsets kind of the loss of use and it offsets the fact
that they still have a payment to make while they own the home. Follow us for more.ย

All right what we're looking at is the development of new spaces. Right now, there is a bill that was just passed which was able to lower the restrictions for parking and decrease the price of parking spaces.ย The article that we're talking about mentions that parking spaces generally will cost 10 to $60000 of space.

So if you're looking to get into real estate investing, something that I would recommend as a tip. Right now, everyone has kind of the shiny objects syndrome. What they want to do is they want to find the deal that everybody else is talking about. The 2 to 4 unit, mom and pop multifamily is the way to go. Well, you know, that's not always the case for you personally as an investor. You have to look at your goals, what it is that you want, what it is that you need to do to get to where you need to be.
