A Survivors Guide to Creativity is a show that explores the up's and down's and round and rounds of studying, working and surviving in a creative industry. Mark and Greet have worked in the creativity industry for nearly 30 years respectivily - from Brussels, London, Sydney and now the Gold Coast. Greet is a life long designer from Belguim, while Mark, from London, has a 30 odd year career in the photographic industry. Both continue to work professionally and are also mentors/tutors within the tertiary education sector helping the next generation of creatives into the creative industry. Each week we explore subjects within the various creative industries from designers, graphic artists, videographers, writers, photographers, performers and classical arts looking at the highs and lows of these fields and ways to survive them. We invite different guests from these different creative industries to share some of their own journeys and ways they managed to survive a creative life.
