This episode, I do something different: its just me, talking to you about some of the principles of creativity and how I harness them in my own work. There is something here for everyone, because the principles of creativity are the principles of self-expression, which is important for everyone, artist or not. I talk about playfulness, non-judgment, connection and self affirmation.
This week I am in conversation with Stefan Blom, whose work encompasses clinical psychology, writing, drawing and painting, and more! We talk about the bridges between therapy and creative expression: how his clients inspire his art, and how his art seeps into his therapy.

This week I am sharing a conversation I had with musician Abi Wade. She tells me all about what she is working on: a musical story-telling project on climate change and the environment.
