Karen is a nutritionist, sport science lecturer, sports massage therapist and network marketer. She's been lecturing and a nutritionist for over 15 years. As a nutritionist she has worked with private clients from fitness enthusiasts, athletes, children, pre and post natal females, as well as individuals looking for weight loss and weight management... She also worked in the hospitality sector helping to refine menu designs.
So nutrition, health, food and dietary approaches are her true passion. She's got a honours degree in biomedical science, msc in human and sports nutrition as well as a msc in international marketing.
