In the series finale, I share some clips from the guest episodes that you've never heard before. In Dan's episode (Ep. 12) We talk about therapy, the importance of knowing your own voice and also, Gabu (from Ep. 14) explains what he would like to achieve as a father.

These conversations are important to have informally and formally, internally and externally. We ought to create a society that is safe, healthy and whole to meet the needs of our members. Don't shy away from these conversations, let's talk about these things!

As we draw to a close in our #MENtalHealth Series, I wanted to share with you 10 questions that you could use to begin having a conversation on Mental Health with your guy friends. These are questions that I have successfully used to understand my friends. You can switch up the questions or craft them in a way that is sensitive, relevant and appropriate depending on the situation and relationship you have with the person that you are in conversation with.

Remember a conversation is 2 sided and not a one-way. Another thing to note is that different people respond differently, so proceed with caution, an open mind and no judgement! Listening is such an important aspect of relationships and in making our society a safe, whole, healthy and wealthy space for BOTH men and women!

I hope that you have found this series to be eye-opening, entertaining and educational! I hope you have gained insight, felt seen and listened to. (Especially for the men in my audience! 😊😉)

I break down the questions and help you see what they unlock within the person who you are speaking to. These questions include:

  1. ''What has happened in your life that has thoroughly excited or disappointed you?''

  2. ''How can I support you?''

  3. ''How are you feeling, really?''

  4. ''What was your happiest moment in life?''

Kindly share this episode with someone in your circle. And leave us a positive review!

In this episode we talk about time and all that pertains to it. Why is it important to be good stewards of this present and be present? (😉, see what I did there?) Enoque shares some deep truths about meditation, seeking to know God, what you're really doing when you are breathing and why it is so so so so so important to be present and whole in this life. Scripture we shared:

Philippians 4:8 ''Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think on these things.''

Matthew 6:33 ''But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.''
