A Screenplay for Eschatological Bible Prophecy: Recent Episodes

Hello and welcome to this first installment of our podcast on the subject of Bible prophecy. Many are the questions that people have regarding these monumental times in which we live. "Are we living in the last days", "is the United States mentioned in Bible prophecy", "how close are we to the return of Christ", "who is the beast; is he alive and among us now; is his 'mark' in force'", "how close are we to the Battle of Armageddon", etc. Rooted in a study of the Book of the Revelation, the studies presented here are aimed at bringing together all Bible prophecy so as to answer these and similar questions. The chief objective in this initial endeavor is to present of a verbal picture (a crude, perhaps, 'screenplay' of how our last days would look if acted out on TV or the 'big screen'), as it were, of how the end times might unfold, according to the word of God. In so doing, it will seek to establish a chronological order of events as they are most likely to play out, once God gives the go-ahead, beginning with the calling of His church home to Heaven (except for a few scripture quotations, there is no dialogue; only narration.). In addition, whereas scripture references used to construct the various 'scenes' will be mentioned, no detailed discussion will be undertaken, as this will be done in another study where we will do a "deeper dive" into the study of eschatology. So, again, thank you for joining us. We sincerely hope and pray that this and the subsequent podcasts to follow will be a blessing to you.
At this point in God's rapidly unfolding eschatological drama, the church (in terms of all truly saved Christians!) is missing, the USA is no more, Israel--to the astonishment of an otherwise blood thirsty world--is virtually u scathed, having survived against insurmountable odds! Thus, questions abound, driving multitudes to the feet of the papacy and the pope of Rome. Still others will track down and crack Bibles they might never have under normal circumstances--leading to the saving of their souls along with perhaps billions more.
Meanwhile, time has marched on with the Jews in the vanguard. They have prospered like never before at the helms of Russia and Israel. For those 20 to 25 years since the drubbing upon the mountains of Israel, Europe and the Muslim world have struggled to regain their footing. Well aware of the heat of festering resentment, the Jews have determined that they should never be caught off-guard, by them, ever again. Thus, for them the best defense against the inevitable, is to respond proactively, preemptively. That is, they will neither wait for war to come to them, nor will they directly take the fight to their enemies. Why should they, when wisdom and better judgment practically demands that they exploit generally jittery natures of the nations and their loathing and distrust for each other as much as for Israel. Thus will begin the third world war among the nations, as the Jews launch an old Lenin era strategy, aimed at igniting a time of mayhem that will keep the nation's guns trained upon each other, while at the same time steering all animus away from them!
Judgment Day: Volume 2, Israel…a Superpower!
Per Volume 1 of this compelling series, at this point in what will be a rapidly unfolding apocalyptic narrative, America’s day of reckoning is in the history books—if only by a hair! For any one of a number of reasons, she must and she will be eliminated from the annals of God’s end times playbook before the road to Armageddon can begin in earnest.
The overarching theme driving God’s plan regarding the road to Armageddon here is to make Himself known to a world in firm denial (per Ezekiel 36:21-24). That plan demands first the absolute mutilation of the pride of man (the eschatological center of which is Babylon the Great, Rev. 18). This horrendous abasement will allow for an uncanny manifestation of the arm of God, through the preservation of His people, snatched as if from the greedy jaws of a hungry death, thirsty for the blood of all things Jew (in the face of such overwhelming odds, there will simply be no other rational explanation, absent the might and backing of a then defunct Babylon the Great!).
At present (as I pen these words on 10/26/2022), ‘as we speak’, the only nation to the extreme north of Palestine is roughly 8 months into a disastrous and humiliating incursion into the comparatively tiny nation of Ukraine. At some point perhaps well beyond this date, this same nation (literally “hooked on a feeling” by the hand of Almighty God!) will reorient its focus and its guns, so that the object of its sore disaffection is Israel (per Ezekiel 38 & 39)—thus igniting what might be termed “phase 2” of a Divinely engineered plan to bring the world of rebel men to its knees at the Battle of Armageddon. Leading hostile nations from Europe (quite possibly including Ukraine) and his implacable middle Eastern Islamic neighbors, author Alvin Mitchell will show how God promises to force Himself before the unbelieving eyes of international naysayers and doubters by implantation of a series of hooks into their scoffing minds. Hereby motivated and driven by traditional Jew-malice that accuses him for all their trials and tribulations, God will drag these enemies of the Apple of His Eye onto a battlefield on a mission that, for them, will amount to virtual suicide. Ill-fated though it will prove to be, this well-planned, coordinated, multilateral, multi-nation attack (employing deadly, deceptive stealth obviously aimed at establishing ground and air superiority from the beginning) will at the same time no doubt transpire concurrent with the collapse of Israel’s only ally (Babylon the Great!), thereupon unwittingly in the end elevating His beleaguered people to the status of a global superpower—when all of the wealth and resources of Russia will be dropped into largely depleted Jewish laps.
And so it is that, God will begin the process of introducing Himself to a world that refuses to submit to the fact of His existence, as He proceeds to unfold His systematic plan calculated to force them to bow in recognition of His awesome reality. As outlined in this prophecy of Ezekiel, the despised Jew, having been catapulted to the status of the world’s only global superpower, will be the symbol and the pinnacle of that plan.
Judgment Day: Volume 1, DOOMSDAY: The USA in Bible Prophecy
As of today, 10/25/2022, at this very hour, all of Europe (led from across the pond by the United States of America) is engaged (behind the scenes, so to speak, short of putting boots on the ground) with the Ukrainians in an effort to repel the destructive invasion by Russian armed forces, as it is feared that its deadly advance could easily engulf the rest of Europe. No one can gauge with any certainty the full extent of President Vladimir Putin’s ambitions! What is certain, however, to any committed student of the Bible and Bible prophecy, is that at some point in the not-too-distant future the winds of aggression and alliances will have to shift. That is, per the word and will of God, those same nations which are now uniting in hopes of stopping Russia’s power-grab will at some point lay aside their differences and bad blood so as to unite with Russia (and, no doubt China) in the obliteration of the most powerful, most cosmopolitan entity of all times. That entity is known to God as “Babylon the Great”! Which then begs the question: Who precisely is “Babylon the Great”?
In this first installment of the prophecy series titled Judgment Day: Volume 1; The Prelude to Armageddon, author Alvin Mitchell unpacks the 18th chapter of the Book of the Revelation, in which John details “phase 1” in a series of cataclysmic events along the road to Armageddon that will be initiated by the God-ordained collapse of the greatest commercial power the world will have ever known. Instigated by God, it is a devastation that will be executed by a consortium of international trading partners who will be left equally distraught by virtue of their interdependence upon Babylon’s strength and virility. Furthermore, Alvin concedes that God’s call for the complete decimation of this powerful and proud entity comes with a warning to all saints caught up in her glitz, enraptured in ropes and chains of compromise: “Distinguish yourselves, or, suffer the same fate as she”!
Furthermore, in “Prelude to Armageddon” Mr. Mitchell contends forcefully that at present, only one foot fits or ever has fit that shoe which outlines the profile of this mysterious entity known only to the end time (having prepped the world for her eventual doom and a world without her, leading spokesmen are known to have resurfaced out of retirement to warn that the world should go a step further by allowing no other to ever rise to take her place!). In view of the many so-called “prophecy experts” (many of whom could or should be like “apex” predators in terms of understanding) who disparage at any thought that the possibility of that one foot, Alvin Mitchell in Prelude to Armageddon will demonstrate irrefutably that the one nation the entire world refuses to believe could be so hated of God is in truth loathed to the “inth degree”. Just as “all religious roads” or faiths do not lead to God, so likewise, the Bible teaches in no uncertain terms that immense blessing directly attributable to the hand of God are not necessarily an indication of favor in the Eyes of a Holy and Just God (remember Egypt, Israel, Assyria and Babylon).
In the final analysis, Prelude to Armageddon will prove without a doubt that although she took centuries to build, Babylon the Great and her seriously compromised and compromising churches (all daughters of the Great Whore of Rev. 17) will indeed be destroyed, in our time, in the space of only one hour!
