Choice is so important when it comes to motivating your students. One of the obstacles teachers usually say they have is students who are not engaged nor motivated to learn.
Mike Anderson, instructional coach and owner of Leading Great Learning answers this question by explaining the magic of giving students choice. We discuss how choice is so important to students' learning. But before giving students choice, they must first learn how to make appropriate choices.

Every student in your class comes from a different background, has a different way of thinking, and might even have special needs.
