Behaviour management can be tricky at the best of times especially when you have a new class at the start of the academic year! In this episode I tackle everything from low level distraction to supporting children in crisis mode in relation to SEND as well as all behaviour situations that may arise. All behaviour is communication and it’s how we unpick that to get to the cause of unease to eventually help our children settle into their new environment.
