Campus Activity Board here at LU is an organization that plans hundreds of events for the academic year here at Lindenwood. Joining us today are Jenna and Maddie from the CAB and we talk with them about how they plan their events and the importance of adapting to different circumstances.
With almost 2,000 followers in under a year, LU Shaderoom has taken the student community to a whole other level. This Instagram account that started as a joke has brought to light what students love and hate about Lindenwood. From the amazing athletic facilities to the concerning food, LU Shaderoom has brought the community together and for the first time, we get to hear from the creator themselves. Please enjoy this episode as we ask the deep questions about how this account got started and what are the plans in the future.

Erika Poeling is a sophomore at Lindenwood University. She double majors in dance as well as business. She is a proud member of Line Lion who just went to Nationals and received third in Hip Hop and 9th in Jazz! Fun fact, she used to be Lauren's Suitemate when they were freshmen. Erika joins us to discuss life as a dancer at Lindenwood at why dance has been such a big part of her life!

Aubree and Alisha are both freshmen at Lindenwood University. They represent the class of 2025 in the first-year council where they are working on many projects to better the lives of Freshmen at Lindenwood University. Karli Eckert is a sophomore majoring in business and secondary education. She owns her own business called KA creations where she creates stickers, illustrations, and more. She represents Lindenwood with the number 9! Rodney Wallace is a sophomore majoring in business with a minor in marketing. Not only is Rodney talented in sports he also is incredibly smart, he has made the dean’s list two-semester in a row and most likely will make the dean’s list this semester as well. He represents Lindenwood with the number 18. They have joined us today to discuss how they put academics first as a student athelete, how they manage their time and more.
Trent Champagne and Kevin Caldwell are both basketball players at Lindenwood University. They have joined us to discuss how they juggle school and athletics. Enjoy this discussion as we discuss things like COVID-19, the conference, and how they stay so connected during these crazy times!
Alexia Prudencio is a sophomore majoring in international relations & mass communication with an emphasis in journalism and a minor in nonprofit administration. She is an international student from Bolivia and she serves as the director of finance in the student government. Shea Smith is a sophomore rugby player at Lindenwood University majoring in social work. She is originally from California and has played Rugby since high school. She is now a member of the best women's college rugby programs in the nation. Shae joins us to discuss how she juggles being a full-time student and playing in such an interactive sport.
